This vacuum has it all! I do like the bagless and with a push of a button the bottom of the canister opens to dump your dirt. The bare floor sucks up terrific! I've owned a Hoover back in the day and most recently a Panasonic from Sears and neither did bare floor well. The unit almost propels forward when you use it and light muscle is needed to pull towards you. I like the ease of using the attachments. It's simple enough that I'll actually take the time to use them. Has an attachment for steps so no more lugging the unit step by step. I like how I can select the flooring I'd be cleaning. No need to buy filters!! Just wash the two every 3 months. The only thing that would enhance this unit is a headlight but I have house lights so not a big deal. The long wand that you put attachments could use the ability to shorten it in 1/2 if need be and an attachment to lengthen the according style hose but again, not a huge deal. The weight of the devise. is nots extremely heavy but it's not a featherweight either but again, no need to carry it too often so not a big deal. Lastly you press a button and the bottom of the dirt canister opens but I'm running into issues where the dirt wants to hang out in there so I have to use my hands to help it along. Again, not a huge issue as I wash my hands after but I'm sure it raises the dust up in the air again as these bagless seem to do. Overall this unit is the best out there. The suction is incredible and I like the selection of attachments the ease of use and the look. The selection for flooring type is something that you don't see often with Dyson from my research I've done. I don't ever want to buy anything but a Dyson in the future.

Would not suggest this product.hose is no easily pulled out to quickly pick up small areas or corners
