Overall an excellant vacuum. The long cord is very nice.

I was skeptical at first, but having vacumned with my Hoover just before, I was amazed at how the Dyson got the dirt and dander left behind by the Hoover. I was also amazed at how easy it was to vacumn with, since my Hoover was self propelled. The Dyson worked just as easily.

love the new dyson vacuum- cleans great and bagless.

We bought our first Dyson in 2006 and just had to replace it last month. We chose the DC28 Animal because we have 2 dogs and 2 cats. The DC28 is amazing. It picks up the pet hair and the suction is so powerful that it lifts our carpet, making it look newer!

I bought this Vacuum for my daughter for Christmas. She asked for a Dyson. I have only heard how great it works on cleaning after her dog and cat. She loves a attachments that came with the vacuum. I got a good price with a BEST BUY gift card rebate.

This vacuum is amazing. The day after using our old vacuum, we tried this vacuum to make sure it worked and it was full on just a couple of passes...and we are pretty clean people. Amazed every time we use it! great purchase and a great price.

All in all it's a great vacuum. It's gets the job done, and whereas I recommend it, I must say that there is. One thing about it that's annoying. (The attachments) have to store them separately and the vacuum cleaner has to almost be taken apart to use the attachments. Other than that its great!

Picks up dirt we didn't even touch with our previous vacume. Great for pet hair, easy to dump the canister of picked up dirt and debris.

I have had to purchase many vacuum cleaners over the years, of these the "Animal" has lasted 10 years. I just had to replace it and was happy to see many new improvements. Couldn't be happier with an upright than with this one.

I loved it so much and easily to clean it up with my two dogs' hair on the floor. But I have to empty a bagless few times with full of hair in that! I would recommend you if u have many animals in the house. To make ur day!!

I would recommend this item & buy it from Best Buy. Price was the best I could find and my (assembled) vacuum came with fast, free delivery to my home.

This vacuum picks up tons of pet hair and dust in our house. Have twin boys that crawl around on the floor and used to come up with black pet hair with old vacuum. No more. Happy parents for sure.

Wasn't sure about spending this much on a vacuum but the sale price won me over and after using it a few times and figuring out how to use all the attachments I feel it is well worth the price.

I was excited to buy a Dyson vacuum for the very first time. The vacuum works fantastic as far as picking up dust and pulling dirt out better than I expected. I could vacuum once and it pulled dirt. Then vacuum right after and there was still some dirt. However, after 2 weeks the vacuum was stuck in the upright position. I could not get it to retrack so I could vacuum. I called the Dyson tech support and they walked me through fixing it but I did not realize there was an area that needs to be lubricated. I was upset and concerned I purchased junk but was impressed with the tech support saving me from long lines or wait time to return or service the product.

Suction was so strong I could not push it across the carpet and it picked up the rugs on my hardwood floors. I called dyson thinking something was wrong with it. They walked me through an adjustment and it was better. Still a pretty good workout but it cleans great. However within a month the pile height adjustment quit working. Its been in the shop over a week now. This is my second Animal vac. My first one is 8 years old and still going strong but it's getting old and I use it daily. I'm afraid this one won't hold up as well.

We really love this vacuum because it gets everything out of the carpet that comes with kids and two dogs. It is also extremely light weight so it's easy to take up and down stairs!

What does one day about a vacuum that does what it says? It's a bit heavy but my apartment is knowingly clean when I use my Dyson. Lot's of attachments for all your vacuuming needs.

I really like my Dyson vacuum cleaner. The suction is very good. Unlike other vacuum cleaners that say they won't lose suction. The vacuum is my daughter's favorite color. I am very pleased with my purchase. I give it a 4.5

Overall the Dyson works good, especially on carpets. I found using the attchments not as easy as my Electrolux canister vacuum. The Dyson does work well for dog hair though.

I have wanted a Dyson for years and finally Best Buy made it possible and it was one of THE BEST investments I have ever made. No guilt but much pleasure, thank you BEST BUY
