My issue is that the beater bar stopped working after one use. Dyson offered a replacement. My Dyson V8 has worked well for over 5 yesrs. I like Dyson’s

Charges okay and stayed in use for enough time for short, quick clean. Although the way this model disposes dirt is quick. If you get long hair stuck in the plastic inside, you'll have to remove the canister and get everything out and it becomes inconvenient. Otherwise, good buy.

Perfect for the price

It keeps the rugs clean, makes a quick tidy up easy to do. I mostly muse a mop and a swiffer so this comes in and takes care of the big stuff as needed in between those mopping and swiffer sessions

Works great!

We have a rug in the living room that looked like more fur than anything and this cleaned it up in 5 minutes. I was concerned about the run time at forst but it doesnt take me more than 10 minutes to vacuum about 400 square feet.

It was a nice upgrade from previous Dyson cordless which lasted about 8 years before the battery needed to be replaced. Decided to upgrade to a newer model instead of just replacing the battery. After 3 months the vacuum would no longer work. The battery said it was 100% charged but when I pulled the trigger nothing would happen and the digital display was frozen. Dyson support said they would send a new battery. After 2 weeks of no follow up, I was told by another support specialist that “there was an issue with my order” and they would be placing a new order. They then sent me a video of how to replace the battery and I noticed it required screws to do this. The Dyson Digital Slim battery clips on and doesn’t require screws. The support rep then told me “do not worry, I assure you this is the correct battery.” I received the wrong battery. Called again and explained the situation and they said the correct battery is out of stock and I would now need to send my vacuum back to receive and new unit. This would take up to 18 business days. At this point I am now past the return period. Overall, this has been a terrible experience and will be the last time I purchase a Dyson.

Can’t imagine living without it

First time using a cordless vacuum stick and I am not disappointed. Multiple settings for different types of jobs. Great for fast cleaning and pets!

I use it for small spills and cleaning up after my birds. Not to mention it is super helpful with car cleanup. Definitely recommend.

Light enough to clean higher reach area

Perhaps I have seen enough review about the underwhelming suction power. But this is a secondary vaccine to do light duty works. So I am happy with it. If this is your only vacuum, then this is probably not a good choice.

Only downside is a short battery life when using the strongest setting, but there are options. Time will tell how long it works, but so far very impressed.
