    Buy a higher model

    I am very frustrated with this product. I've owned 3 dyson vacuums since they came out and this is by far the worst. The battery falls out on a regular basis, how it is hung from the wall may have something to do with it (design flaw). The suction appears fine until a small piece of light stuffing from a toy gets into the machine then the "air flow is restricted" and it shuts off. Today I cleaned by 10x12 rug area rug and had to clean the machine 6 times. I never emptied the bin, just had to take it apart and put it together again to keep the air flow going.

    We have a similar Dyson and have been using it for 2 years. Bought this one. It is CONVINCED there is a clog in a tube but I have cleaned it thoroughly. There is no clog yet it refuses to work. Extremely unhappy. Just got on here to try to return or exchange it and the return window closed last week. It’s literally been used 3 times. And two of those times it kept throwing the clogged tube code. So I thoroughly washed everything properly and left out to dry. Still throwing same code. Super unhappy and regretting this purchase plus wondering what happened to Dyson. Amazon always works with me and takes my returns. Guess I won’t order from anywhere else from now on.

    This is an exclusively made item for black friday. This unit lacks power and battery efficiency. Has a smaller bin than the other comprable units. At the discount price its really its MSRP.

    Disappointed

    I had a different Dyson before getting this one, and it worked great. However, this vacuum is terrible! I’ve had it less than a year, and when using the MAX option, it is constantly telling me there is a blocked area. There is not. The suction is also not great! I’m sorry I purchased this vacuum.

    Worst Online Shopping Experience Ever!!

    Worst experience I’ve ever had with an online purchase!! I still have not received the item!! Yet customer service says it was delivered! I tracked it through UPS & yup it was delivered alright - to a UPS dock 5 hrs away!! UPS says Best Buy’s must authorize sending it to the correct address. Best Buy’s now says it wasn’t delivered anywhere as it’s out of stock. I made this purchase on Nov 20th!! Still no resolution.

    WORST PURCHASE IN 5 YEARS

    Horrible! I was so excited to finally get a Dyson. - Weak suction - Terrible attachments After 5 months the base came detached from the handle. I hate this vacuum and already have to purchase another one. I will not buy another Dyson. My previous Shark (at a lower cost) was MUCH better.

    Battery life is horrible. To get the best clean, you have to have it on boost -/ battery lasts 3-5 minutes. I also experienced shocks when using on our low pile carpet.

    Low power, not impressed

    Very low power unless you use the boost mode that only gives you a few minutes and not recommended by manufacturer due to battery lifetime. Will not recommend this Dyson.

    Didn’t even have it a year and it stop working. $300 vacuums shouldn’t stop working. Only used it 20 times.

    “Got this Dyson vacuum during Thanksgiving 2024—worked like a pro! But after just 2 months, it died. Thankfully, I had Best Buy’s 5-year warranty, and I’m getting my replacement now. However, I’m confused why Best Buy charged me again for the warranty. Dyson really needs to take responsibility for such faulty devices breaking down in less than 6 months

    Honestly it’s a piece of crap, I expected a certain level of quality with Dyson and the suction is terrible I literally had to go over areas multiple times, their supposed amazing brush system just sends stuff flying everywhere because the suction can’t keep up. Just stick to big normal vacuums this isn’t worth the money at all I used once and sent back out of disappointment

    Clogs every time I use it. Invest in a better one.

    Don’t buy if you any type of animals. Clogs every time I use it and my house stays clean, literally can vacuum twice a week and if anything bigger than a grain of dust it will clog. Invest in a way better one trust me

    NO TO Dyson

    This is my first 1 star. I was excited to get this vacuum as I have been a loyal Shark customer for a long time. the batt does not last very long, I can only get about 1/2 of my 1500 square foot condo vacuumed. Also its not good for someone 5"11 I have to bend over because the handle is so short. I will go back to Shark.

    Digital Slim Cordless Battery Issues

    This vacuum has been nothing but trouble since I received it. It worked well, admittedly, for about one month before the battery stopped cooperating. Customer service has been lackluster, and I received an incompatible replacement battery. I would steer clear and purchase from a different brand.

    Don’t waste your money on this

    I am a big fan of dyson but this is not a good product. The dirt collection bin is very small and if you are picking up hair or other dirt that’s not super tiny then it gets blocked before it can fill the collection bin bc it’s so small.
