Worst purchase ever

I would love to return it but it says I can't anymore because the time to return it is over. So now I am stuck with a vacuum I desperately need that doesn't work.

Poor run time and have to hold power button

From dyson website the 40 min run time is only in eco mode. You have to hold the power button or it turns off, not great for those with arthritis.

Battery low

This need to have better resistance battery.

It works so well on my carpet and non-carpeted floors. The three modes of suctioning are very convenient. It’s also light and very easy to clean.
