    The first one we got decided not to work anymore after it was charged. It was easy to exchange at Best Buy for a new one. We haven’t had any issues with the new one. The dustbin is a little smaller than anticipated, but it works perfectly fine for a secondary vacuum in our basement. No issues with the suction nor battery life so far.

    Was browsing in a Best Buy store, and on the way out, I noticed this vacuum bulk stacked and listed as a door buster for $229.99. I walked out of the store and thought, "That's a great price"! I did a little online research with my phone and determined that this was a great deal because reg price is $499.99. I am a Dyson vac regular, so I am familiar with the brand. I had been meaning to replace my V7 so I pulled the trigger. I love the digital display, and "Med" speed gives me ample battery time to clean the entire house. The display says I have about 19min left of battery time when I'm done. It works great of course, but my only complaint is that it is a little shorter than a V7, so I have to hunch over a bit to use it. Otherwise, I like it and it was a great buy at $229.99. Would not purchase it at $499.99, there are better choices for that price point. So, buy it on sale when you can.

    Love it. No more having tangled hair in the spinning brush. This Dyson design solved the problem! Lightweight and finds more dirt than our past vacuum and yet the vacuum is small. This solved my spouse's back aches caused by our canister vacuum's weight. I wish I could buy another one for my second home at he same Black Friday doorbuster deal!
