    Received today, unpacked and snapped everything together and whaddya know- the roller bar doesn't work. Repacking and taking right back to the store. Spent ages online with Dyson support with no results. Super disappointing.

    I bought my last Christmas for my wife. Now we have at least 11 vacuums in our home. I thought this one would make life easier for her. It didn’t last two months I paid for a replacement battery and that didn’t work won’t hold a charge. Would not recommend this for anyone.
