Excelent vacuum, the only thing is a little bit heavy, you are carrying the weight in your forearm instead than the floor… other than that, very good

Solid vacuum with a great battery life. The life to detect the dirt is really unique and works really well.

Just bought it, but the older version that we had worked great for over 3 years. It it stop working took back to store and they gave me a store credit and got this newer version. Hopefully it will last more than 3 years this time if not to to worry bought the 5 year warranty again.

Been using Dyson vacuums for years. This next GEN is so far above everything else in it features it’s incredible.

This vacuum is great and honestly does more than a good job of cleaning. The battery life is just good enough to clean a 1 bedroom apartment that is mostly carpet as the carpet head uses more battery. The floor head with the laser is incredibly satisfying. My only gripe is the battery life, and the fact that the tube doesnt connect the to actual vacuum securely and has a lot of play. Doesnt seem to effect the suction but the very minimal movement creates a large amount of play overall. I gave three stars because for the price im not sure its really worth it… certainly does the job though.

Never again Dyson, and never again Best Buy. Hafeez, the manager of Best Buy on Elston in Chicago was practically giddy to report that unless i bought the protection plan on a $1,000 vacuum my only recourse is to continue to search for a human at Dyson to help me. Big box stores serve little value anymore other than padding profits through extended warrenties. My dad always said, if a company makes a good product (as Dyson claims they do) an extended warrenty is a waste of money. I’ve always supported big box stores because I assumed they supported the community and their employees. They just reduce employees to delivering bad news on bad policies. So sad.

Great vacuum my only complaint is that it doesn't come with a second battery or i wish you could use the charge cord and have the vacuum turn on if needed. It usually only lasts 30 min on carpet on auto setting. I also dont like the soft roller for hard wood floors. The light on the soft roller is awesome but the soft roller doesn't really suck up dirt.
