We've had nothing but problems with this vacuum cleaner ever since we bought it. We've called Dyson support multiple times. It kept giving us error messages, even though we were maintaining it and doing everything they said to keep it running. Giving up on it this year, getting a new vacuum (not a Dyson)

I swear the older version seem like it lasted longer, NOW I’m Not sure if the green light that shows the dirty and dust advertised actually works but I definitely havent seen it. I works great on pet unseen hairs. My carpet looks 20x better. Besides having a dog if you have long hair or a whole full of girls, much needed. I wish it came with more tools to get in between the areas that need something slender.

It’s basically a thousand dollar broom and dustpan.
