Works great on all surface types. A little heavier than i expected.

I love the vacuum cleaner. I love you don’t have to squeeze the trigger. There’s a lot of things I love about this vacuum the one thing that I’m a little on the fence about is the section on the.Eco mode it kind of sucks and when you have it on super section, you only have like six minutes to sweep something

Great vacuum my only complaint is that it doesn't come with a second battery or i wish you could use the charge cord and have the vacuum turn on if needed. It usually only lasts 30 min on carpet on auto setting. I also dont like the soft roller for hard wood floors. The light on the soft roller is awesome but the soft roller doesn't really suck up dirt.

This vacuum sucks!!! I mean it sucks all the dirt out.

We have owned many of these in our houses and RVs and love them! We love the new model but do miss the finger trigger on/off switch.

Great Product! Laser helps see “invisible” dirt, etc. on the floor! Works like a charm!

Bought this unit to replace our Dyson of five years — a machine that worked reliably and never gave us any real issues — and I’m honestly shocked at the drop in quality and support. This model is marketed as top of the line, yet it doesn’t function properly on carpet. When I contacted Dyson’s troubleshooting team, the solution offered was that I should replace my carpet — not the unit. That response was incredibly disappointing, especially given the price point. After spending this much on a premium product, I expected performance and accountability. Instead, I’m seeing widespread reports online of the exact same issue, with no meaningful resolution from Dyson. For a brand positioned as best-in-class, this experience has been extremely frustrating.

Best... vacuum... EVER! Did quite a bit of research and even went to store to test drive this and the newest model. Hands down, the best vacuum we've owned. This has better suction and easier to maintain that our second gen animal corded vacuum. Easily mounted to wall, attachments are great. This is the vaccum you've been ssearching for.

Awesome! Worth the extra money vacuum detects how dirty your floor is and adjust itself automatically. Highly recommend.
