Disappointed that the sales associate at best buy told us it came with 2 batteries and it only came with one. Felt like he was just tryint to make the sale. So now we have to spene more for another battery. So keep that in mine when purchasing. Battery has a run time or 30 mins on auto.

It’s basically a thousand dollar broom and dustpan.

We've had nothing but problems with this vacuum cleaner ever since we bought it. We've called Dyson support multiple times. It kept giving us error messages, even though we were maintaining it and doing everything they said to keep it running. Giving up on it this year, getting a new vacuum (not a Dyson)

My floors are super clean thanks to the green light. The light shows every bit of hair and dirt. I have pets in the house and this Dyson picks up all hair with ease.

Before this, I had a shark corded vacuum that was bought about 8-9 years ago. And I do believe that even though it did have okay suction, the suction on my 9 year old vacuum was much much better. It was lighter than my old vacuum but because it’s a stick vacuum while vacuuming it felt very heavy compared to the old. It gives a time of 70 minutes with the lowest suction. And if you’re like me, why not have it at the highest suction level every time? It only runs for about 10-12 minutes on the highest suction level. I feel that it’s meant more for hardwood floors even with the carpet attachment because when vacuuming the rooms on high suction the roller would get stuck, I would have to lift the vacuum off the floor and restart it and then set it back down. I don’t have a shaggy carpet either, it’s very short. You see all the good things people say about it. The brand. I fell for it. Everyone talked highly about it, solcial media, adds, friends, family, etc. and the one I had finally started breaking apart. One of the latches broke to the container but it still worked. That was it. I figured it’s been years and needed to upgrade anyway. It went straight to the trash once I got this one thinking it would exceed my expectations. Needless to say I bought another shark corded vacuum I’m picking up tomorrow.

Ease of use one handed while holding a one year old would be tough if you had smaller hands in 6’2 with big hands and it’s still a stretch for power button

Fantastic Vacuum

The only thing is i wish the brushed motor head had just a little more power than it does. The suction on certian carpets causes it to stall out sometimes

Blue Light Is Fantastic

This is great for stairs. I do give the light a 5 star rating! Oh wow I thought my floor was clean until that blue light came on
