After a week the seal around the dispenser loosened and after two weeks (with light use) the optic light went out! At this price point this is a joke of a stick vacuum. Returned it to Best Buy and waiting for round two. If this one breaks I’m done with Dyson for good. Seems to be just another company that’s riding on the good quality they USE TO HAVE 20 years ago. The accessories and wheels are just cheap plastic! Save your money and shop a different more reliable brand!!! Very disappointed and dissatisfied with Dyson. You can do better Dyson!

I have two issues with it: 1. The battery discharges way to quick, and gets hot. I do not know if the battery itself is defective or if all vacuums are like that. 2. No attachment holder. It comes with 4 different attachments, but nothing to hold them in.

Posted .Hi Luba, thanks for the review. It sounds like you're perhaps using the max/boost mode - which is designed for quick bursts of extra energy, when needed - not for continuous use. That mode will cause the machine to be hot and discharge the battery quickly, if used continually. Try the other suction modes, you will get a much longer runtime.

Dyson support is supposed to notify me when the part is back in stock, but it’s been 5 months. They never follow through or help. I’ve called multiple times. Great cleaning, but this is painful when you pay so much money.
