They are very expensive and Dyson does not stand behind them when they fail. They will act like they care cause you to spend lots of time on the phone and mailing the product in to them only for them to do nothing but call regularly and ask what the status is. Finan another brand! My Miele has been going strong for 18 years!!! seriously look elsewhere.

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this Dyson cordless vacuum, in December 2023, and within 30 days the wheel cracked off into pieces. I own 2 other stains and have never had problems. I took it back to Best Buy to exchange it for a new one, which is within the 60 days allowed for exchanges. When I told the manager I wanted to exchange it, he decided to refund the purchase back to my card. When I asked, what now, do I just go grab another one and re-purchase, he said yes. I went to grab another to find out that they were out of stock. When I pulled it up on-line, the vacuum was now $200 more than what I purchased it for. I went back to the manager within 2 minutes and told him, the problem and that I am not interested in paying $200 more for the same vacuum that broke, which I just wanted to exchange. He told me it was too late and there is nothing he could do. I tried calling customer service and they told me it was up to the manager to fix the problem and discount the new purchase for me. I went back to the store and talked to another manager that said she could only give me $50 off a new purchase, but there will be a sale coming up and they would honor the sale price within 60 days. I am getting close to 60 days and still no sale. Very frustrating and shocked that they would just fix the mistake that they made. Paying an additional $150 to replace a vacuum that broke while still under warranty is ridiculous.
