Somehow I’m excited to vacuum now

I actually look forward to whip it out and clean up a little mess. Would definitely recommend. It’s not heavy, it fits in hard to reach spaces, cleans the area really well. Worth every penny.

Defective - No Not Buy

Unfortunately, as others have noted, the wheel on the carpet attachment came off after only 2 months. Best Buy refuses to replace the vacuum and Dyson's warranty is garbage because they are out of stock on these replacement heads (because they keep breaking) with no ETA. My $1000 vacuum is useless now.

It it stop working took back to store and they gave me a store credit and got this newer version. Hopefully it will last more than 3 years this time if not to to worry bought the 5 year warranty again.

The battery life is just good enough to clean a 1 bedroom apartment that is mostly carpet as the carpet head uses more battery. The floor head with the laser is incredibly satisfying. My only gripe is the battery life, and the fact that the tube doesnt connect the to actual vacuum securely and has a lot of play. Doesnt seem to effect the suction but the very minimal movement creates a large amount of play overall. I gave three stars because for the price im not sure its really worth it… certainly does the job though.
