    Attachments break VERY easily and dyson customer support refuses to replace them :) dyson customer support is horrible to talk to about anything! vacuum does a decent job on both hardwood and carpet, however vacuuming carpet can be a little hard since the vacuum isn’t very ergonomically designed. It’s just not comfortable due to the weight distribution of the machine and pushing it over the carpet. Really not worth $1000 for how horrible dyson customer support is. i’d rather die than talk to them again.

    Love this vacuum and it’s easy to use. We had a Kirby and switching to this was well worth it.

    Works as intended. Was told it was very good with pet hair, and its decent. I have two big newfoundland's that shed a lot and the hair doesn't tangle in the brush rollers, but the small wheels under the roller after the 2nd day of use are so clogged with hair you have to disassemble the entire roller unit to clean.

    Great Product meets our expectations. I would buy additional HEPA filters as they are washable but take time to dry.

    Dyson replacments

    This is my 5th Dyson product ranging from vacuums to hair tools. Since getting it, i had issues with the quick disconnect wand and im still waiting a year and a half later for the part to be in stock. . I wasted hours chatting on the phone and online to have the wand never be in stock. Yet they offer to ship my vacuum away for 3+ weeks so they can send another. Still manufacturing new vacuums but never replacing accessory stock. This irritates me and has pushed me away from them. Im just asking for the parts i bought to work properly. Nothing more.
