Love this vacuum after having gone through 4 in six years we’ve had it for about 2 years with no issues! Use it on our hard wood floors and carpet weekly with no issues. We love the green light to be able to see the little things left behind you wouldn’t typically be able to see.

The best vacuum EVER. Yes, it's pricey, but it has a long warranty in case anything goes wrong in the first 2 years. I have owned 4-5 vacuums over 3 decades, and this one is the most practical, convenient and strongest. Always charged and ready to go for about an hour. Never once did I run out of juice.

The cleaning power is truly impressive, effortlessly tackling various surfaces from hardwood floors to carpets. The "Detect" technology is a game-changer, automatically adjusting suction based on the surface type. The cordless design is incredibly convenient, allowing me to move around freely without the hassle of cords. The battery life is decent, providing ample time for a thorough cleaning session. The dustbin is easy to empty, and the filters are washable, which is a nice touch for long-term use. However, there are a couple of design quirks that prevent me from giving it a full five stars. The dustbin could be slightly larger, as I find myself emptying it more frequently than I'd like, especially during extensive cleaning sessions. Additionally, the maneuverability is good, but the vacuum can feel a bit heavy after prolonged use.

Were always been a fan of Dyson products and this vacuum cleaner is by far the best one we have. A quality product , easy to use anf exceeds all expectations.

For living in a small home, it gets dusty quick. This vacuum helps to see where the dust/dirt is which is helpful. Sometimes I feel that I go over the same spots because instead of suctioning it up fully, it’s being pushed to the sides (I think). The battery life on the lowest setting is good but I like to use my vacuum at the high suction setting and that only lasts me 15 minuets. Dissembling it to clean and get my long hair out is easy and that’s also a plus.

A very solid vacuum. Powerful and portable, it gets in all the tight spaces! It keeps its charge allowing for longer cleaning time. Recommended!

The device has a green laser so you can see yhr dust and hairon hardwood or tile wih ease. A bit heavy but worth it.

One of the best vacuums I’ve purchased. I have cats and dogs and it picks up hair and cat litter better than any of my many cleaning tools. I love the auto on button rather than holding a trigger constantly. It is a bit heavy in the handle due to the batter pack, but it’s performance outweighs this small inconvenience.

My wife and I absolutely love this, it being so small and light yet so powerful makes it so easy to use. The green laser that lights all the dust on the hard floors is so nice. I’ve almost stopped using my broom since buying this bad boy. Great investment!

I loved the look and features of the design but not so much the cheap parts. I have owned 3 dysons before this one and i understand they want to make it light weight but the wheels and ball in the middle are so thin. I tried to roll it on my carpet and while it did pick alot up it was heavy and hard to push around. I had a hard time pulling the trash bin out with the button pushed it took lots of strength to pull it apart too. The battery did not last an hour for me. I liked the green laser light for hardfloors. I feel it wasnt worth the price as i felt it was going to fall apart.

We LOVE this vacuum! It works well, has great suction, and the light is amazing. It is mounted on the wall so it wont fall over. Very pleased.

This is a game changer, I bought this when we moved into a new house, and this is the most effective and convenient cordless vacuum cleaner I have ever used.

The Dyson Gen 5 vacuum is impressively powerful—noticeably stronger than the smaller Dyson models. It deep cleans carpets and hard floors with ease, picking up debris the others miss.

Picks up very excellent. It git stuff in spots i didn't see before.

This is the best cordless vacuum! Ive purchase multiple vacuums in the past 3 years. 4 robot vacuums, two stick vacuums and none of them can get the job done. This cordless Dyson has managed to do everything and more! I do wish the battery life were slightly longer, especially when using it on Max. Also, its a little heavy but I just look at that as my arm workout for the day! Haha!

Lightweight, powerful, workhorse, large waste container, nice handheld option. Only problem is that both of the swivel caps for the vacuum head broke off after 6 months of usage. I used to have the V6 animal, and never had any issues with parts like that. Not sure why this newer version broke so suddenly.
