    I was very disappointed in this Dyson product,after my first Dyson lasted so long. We've had nothing but problems with this vacuum cleaner ever since we bought it. We've called Dyson support multiple times. It kept giving us error messages, even though we were maintaining it and doing everything they said to keep it running. Giving up on it this year, getting a new vacuum (not a Dyson)

    It’s a great vacuum at first and the light really helps you see all the dirt so you don’t miss a spot, but the suction power is not worth the price tag. It’s basically a thousand dollar broom and dustpan.

    I love this dyson more than any of their other vacuums… I struggle with carpal tunnel and other vacuums press and hold feature would cramp up my hands! I love that there is a push to start feature and my hand doesn’t have to hold the start trigger the whole time I’m vacuuming. Beautiful blue color makes it unique too! Love this vacuum! Worth the investment

    Overall I love the floor attachment on this vacuum with the lighten it ... it shows dirt etc.. and is a great help. This Dyson feels different from the other 3 I own It is a push button start and feels lighter. The only thing I am not liking is the battery life of this Dyson .. I use the vacuum for 20 min on the highest suction and thats all I get. I am going to keep using it and decide if this is a keep
