Excellent vacuum. Brings the carpet back to life with its suction power. The green light really shows the dirt and my rubber flooring in my gym room is cleaner now than it was by mopping it.

We love this vacuum! This was our first cordless vacuum, and we mainly got it for quick mid-week cleanings but after one use it has now become our main vacuum for even deep cleanings.

Definitely the best vacuum a little high on price but you get what you pay for !

I was pleasantly surprised of how well this Dyson model works. It cleans both carpet and hard surfaces very well. It's a bit loud but apart from that minor detraction it's just amazing. A+

The best vacuum I’ve ever owned. The light really helps to see the dust and debris on your floors and the suction is the best I’ve seen on a cordless vacuum. My only gripe is the price. A great device to have if it’s in your budget.

I love the vacuum cleaner. I love you don’t have to squeeze the trigger. There’s a lot of things I love about this vacuum the one thing that I’m a little on the fence about is the section on the.Eco mode it kind of sucks and when you have it on super section, you only have like six minutes to sweep something

The is my second Dyson and it works really well. I really like the in unit detachable accessory. It is really convenient to use especially when you need to use it right a way. I also love the on and off button. Its worth the momey in my opinion.

The vacuum is flawless. The illuminating green light captures every bit of dog hair and dust imaginable on wood floors. Not to mention the powerful suction it has on carpet to get the nitty gritty all cleaned up.

This vacuum is great and honestly does more than a good job of cleaning. The battery life is just good enough to clean a 1 bedroom apartment that is mostly carpet as the carpet head uses more battery. The floor head with the laser is incredibly satisfying. My only gripe is the battery life, and the fact that the tube doesnt connect the to actual vacuum securely and has a lot of play. Doesnt seem to effect the suction but the very minimal movement creates a large amount of play overall. I gave three stars because for the price im not sure its really worth it… certainly does the job though.

Great vacuum always wanted one and was plesantly surprised by how well it preformed. I use it everyday to pick up my Huskies furr balls and when im done you would never know i even owned a pet.

Its very easy to go from carpet to tile. I also like that i can see what gets picked up and it warns me when the battery is gettinh low. I really love the dyson vaccume cleaner

Loving this Dyson. I actually look forward to whip it out and clean up a little mess. Would definitely recommend. It’s not heavy, it fits in hard to reach spaces, cleans the area really well. Worth every penny.

I’ve been a loyal Dyson customer since the DC01 and still have a DC04 that works perfectly. Unfortunately, Dyson’s quality has really declined over the years. Their vacuums used to be solid and reliable. Now, they feel brittle, break easily, and clog constantly. The build quality has clearly gone downhill. I really want to like the Gen5detect Cordless Vacuum. The design is smart, the LCD screen is a nice touch, battery life is good, and the optic cleaner head is impressive. But it just doesn’t hold up. Even a small piece of paper will clog it. The wheels on the vacuum head are flimsy and held on with a tiny axle. Ours kept snapping off after just a few uses. In the end we just drag it across the floor without the wheels! We are not using it aggressively. We’ve had to return the vacuum twice. On the third issue, Dyson refused to cover it, even though they admitted the problems were product faults. I escalated the issue to corporate, and they sent us replacement heads, which also broke. After more problems, I gave up. It’s just not worth the hassle. Dyson can and should do better. At $949 plus tax, this level of quality is unacceptable.

Bought this to upgrade from the V15 Detect. All I can say is WOW. I like the built in Crevice Tool. GREAT Suction!

this vacuum has the strongest wucjion out of any cordless vacuum ive used, love the fiber optic attachment. would recommend!
