However, it is advertised that it can run up to 140 minutes without needing to charge it, but the dyson only lasts me around 70 minutes...

The roller constantly gets stuff stuck in. For the price and the time it actually works I would say this is a no go.

I have mostly hard woods with a few area rugs in which the agitator from the main floor head bangs against the casing if it’s left on auto speed. Mind you these aren’t shag or high pile area rugs. I have to place the setting on eco and raise the floor head. I do enjoy the versatility with the range free tool, especially for my couch. Overall 3 stars. From a price perspective, this definitely could have been made to feel more durable

Also, it constantly stops on higher pile carpet, I feel like I need to get a separate vacuum for the thicker carpet. Hard on my shoulder when it constantly stops and grabs.

This vacuum had the base wheel break within the first week of use on two separate machines. First one was exchanged for a new model. Second one broke on the second use. Returned for a refund. Would not recommend. Only upside was while it worked, it worked well.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.If I could go back and not buy this vacuum strictly due to stains poor customer service I would. $1,124 dollars not including tax I spent on this vacuum when it was new and first came out just to not sit around with broken parts still under warranty and nothing is in stock with Dyson. If you sit around and wait long enough they’ll then offer you a new vacuum replacement but will take up to 3 weeks to get and you have to return and wait for them to receive the old one first. So unless you own another vacuum have fun with nasty house you can’t clean for over a month. Never dealt with this from bissell that’s a fraction of the cost any issues under warranty they ship whatever right out.
