Highly recommend.

I feel like the genuine filter lasts a lot longer. I’ve also noticed that it’s easier to breathe, and overall, I feel happier knowing the air around me is cleaner. The peace of mind alone makes the extra cost worth it. Highly recommend sticking with Dyson’s genuine filters!

Original filters that came with the unit were separate; HEPA and activated carbon in a stacked format. In this replacement filter, both HEPA and activated carbon filters are combined into a single piece (technology upgrade), and it made replacement easier. It works as expected, and the dorm room where it is used does the job very well.
