Works well, but expensive

With my daily usage at lower fan speeds, I only get 8 months of use out of them before the fan starts recommending I replace them. This works out to a $10 monthly premium (plus electricity cost) to clean the air in my room. But, how clean that air is! I have my gripes about the cost of ownership, but it works really well. I could go fill my oven with garlic cloves and your nose would have no idea. It zaps odors immediately, and also cuts down considerably on dust/pet dander (but not entirely.)
