Outstanding Customer Service

Difficult to find now a days persons that put in the EXTRA effort to insure I left with the part and that it was CORRECT.

Not the same lifespan

And, although the BB say they are original “Dyson”, the lifespan is shorter vs getting them directly from Dyson. I dont know why. But just a notable difference. Got the same price, I’ll go OEM (Dyson).

New type one in two

It’s a two in one type filter,, you don’t need the old carbon filter as this one has both!! Took me an hour wondering why the old two filters will not work with this filter,, haha!

Worked fine, no problems installing. Kept the last one for nearly two years (clean environment), so not terrible pricing.
