When this one arrived, I couldn't figure out how to install. The original filter is actually 4 different pieces and the replacement is only 2. I almost returned to the store, but went online and realized they changed filters. A note needs to be included in the box. I can't be the only person confused with the new version.

Posted .Hello Benzito, this is Kelly with Dyson. We have now condensed the 2-part filter into one part, to make filter replacement easier for you. You can remove and discard the original inner carbon filter. Dyson air purifier filters have been developed by the same engineers who make Dyson machines. Made from borosilicate microfibers pleated hundreds of times, they capture particles as small as allergens and viruses. And because they’re fully sealed, our filters trap pollutants, rather than leaking them back into the room.
