    This new combined filters doesn’t perform to it’s minimum requirements. The auto target has not yet been reached since replacing them yesterday. I do not have that many pollutants in my house. And certainly would not allow any pollutants to persist this long. DO NOT BUY. If you can find the original filters that come individually get those and let me know where to find them.

      Thank you for your review. This is Miella from Dyson. Our engineers have found that combining the filters does not affect the performance. For earthly efficiency, the filters were combined. We do recommend cleaning the sensors on the machine for the most accurate readings.

    Does not fit!

    This does NOT it the DP04 Pure Cool Desk Purifier as others have noted. Just spent an hour on the phone with Dyson and problem is still not resolved.

      Hello Diane, this is Kelly with Dyson. We're to hear you're having some trouble fitting your replacement filter into the DP04. Your older, original filter was likely the first-gen filter which contained two separate 2-piece filters. The new design contains just one 2-piece filter. All 4 pieces of the first-gen filter do need to be removed, to fit the new filter. You will still also need to reset filter life on both filters.     Filter doesnt last

    The filter doesnt last but a couple minths and are really expensive to replace. Wouldnt buy this again

The filters are designed to last 6-12 months, depending on your individual usage; if the machine it utilized more often or in auto mode, you may need to replace the filter sooner. The machine will alert you when it's time to do so.
