    The original filter that came with the fan was fantastic these seem to only last about 2-4 months,

    I just opened it and it turns out this filter doesn’t fit my Hot+Cool purifier but the return period is over. So I’m embarrassed how come it says the model number but wouldn’t fit

    Do NOT purchase this filter unless you are CERTAIN it fits your machine. Best Buy claims in their return policy you can’t return filters even though it’s not listed on the product page and it allows you to submit a return request.

    I WOULD NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT IF YOU HAVE A DYSON COOL/HOT FAN. ALLEGEDLY THE FILTER SHOULD BE WORKING FOR THE FAN, BUT THE FAN WILL NOT RECOGNIZE THEIR IS A FILTER SO YOU WILL STILL HAVE THE REPLACE FILTER EMBLEM FOREVER STUCK ON THE SCREEN OF THE FAN.

    Worthless after a month

    So my original filter lasted more than a year and we use this everyday, about 14 hours a day. This replacement only lasted a month and the sensor says it's time for a replacement?!

    Removes the heat instead

    After replacing my old original filters with this Combi filter, the heater no longer heats up my room like before. How is this possible due to a filter? I need to find the original 2 piece filters.

    It was a huge mistake buying two Dyson air purifiers/heater/fan. It doesn’t do any of three functions well.

    Musky smell

    Without fail every time I replace this filter it emits a musky odor in under two months of use. I regret purchasing the fan/purifier for this reason.

    Dyson fan with new filter.

    I do have this and did replace but my fan does not work now. I have the fan that collects and tells what is in the air. Air cleaner..that does not work. I may bring it into the geek squad at the store.
