    It broke in less than a month. It sounds like a car trying to start without gasoline. You can hear fans inside trying to spin and they stop and the illuminated power button turns off. Guess this is why I always see Dyson products at the BB Service desk.

    Rotation only worked for awhile and stopped. Only good for small room.

    Quite pricey for the air flow and output. Expected it to produce more air flow than a less expensive fan but was disappointed. Have not used the heater feature yet. Have another Dyson fan that does work much better which is the taller style without the heater option.

    Did not work. Unit was a Christmas present for grandma and did not work. I was embarrassed in front of my family. I returned for a refund. SHAME! Should have 0 stars.

    Heating is Fine, Cooling is Not

    I bought and returned this item within 24 hours. Its stylish and all, but NOT worth the money, not even close. The range of air is okay… the heating is good, but the “cooling” is not. Dont buy it unless your living quarters is really small and you have decent disposal income.

    Returning after less than 2 months. Power cord gets hotter than other heaters I’ve used. A week ago it started tripping the breaker. Tried on multiple outlets on different breakers trip each one. This model doesn’t have a filter to clean or anything like that.

    I thought this would work great since it was a Dyson and 300 bucks. It will not keep a regular size room warm. Don't waste your money I returned it and got a cheaper one that works good.

    Hi, i tried to report the poor delivery service but not sure if it reached the right department so i hope this gets to the right one. Poor!!!!! delivery. Product which is not a cheap item was left at the doorstep with no one signing receipt. It was discovered by a security officer who saw it up front. Not the receiving area and in the front of the Museum Customer entrance.

    A $20 fan cools more than this, in heater mode it smells like burnt plastic
