This is a very powerful yet quiet fan and heater. The heater can run you out of a decent size room if you're not careful. The oscillation and ability to focus the air up or down are convenient features. The remote works well, and I like the magnet that allows you to store it on the fan because it is small and easy to misplace. With that being said, I do wish it was app compatible.

We love this fan! My son uses this in his room which is always cold because his room is on the bottom floor. This fan warms his room up quickly and we dont worry about everything else fusing like it would with our other portable heater. I am a little worried about him losing the remote since I dont see any other way to use the fan. I will probably attach an air tag to it. Ill update my review in the summer regarding the cool setting!

I love Dyson! I have heard amazing things about this, but it isn’t what I thought. I typed in air purifier. And this popped up so I though it would be and air purifier. It isn’t there is no filter it is just a fan/ heater. It looks nice but it feels cheep :( I love the blue. I just don’t know if it is going to last. This was very pricey. For the amount of money I’m not sure what to do.

It is the best fan as well as a heater one could ask for. It doesn’t have a lot of noise so it is perfect at night for someone who doesn’t need any noise for sleeping.

This fan is awesome! I have wanted one for a while now, happened to hit a sale and I purchased one finally! Have used it now for 2 months, so far works great...the heating keeps our bedroom just right with the auto thermostat settings, my wife loves it too. Highly recommend this model, we didn't want to buy the air filtered unit due to high price for new filters.

Thank you Dyson. I love my AM09 heater and fan. This is my second one. My ddaughter took the first one for her room. We both enjoyed not heating up the whole house. And being able to have that exyra bit of coolness without causing everyone to be cold when I need an extra bit of coolness.

It was smaller than expected, but it is fully functional like bigger models. It works as a fan and an heater adequately. It is quieter than a typical fan. I would recommend it if you can afford it.

Absolutely love it!! I purchased to heat my living area but keep the rest of the home cool. This is it!! Best heater yet. Have not used for the cool feature.

Works great under my desk to help provide heat in the cold basement. We have several other dysons throughout the house but this is small enough to be under my desk. Highly recommend.

I was really surprised at how quiet and sufficient it works

The truth is that Dyson products are expensive... but WELL worth it! When I consider the cost of buying lesser quality items and then having to replace them after two years, the cost of Dyson is more than compensated by the long-life and fantastic quality. I have now learned to simply buy the Dyson version of what I want and not worry about the cost up front. And, I have been satisfied ever since. This heater/cooler works very fast and well at what it does - provides heat (for my now). It is silent and the remote is great. When heating, use the lower setting on the fan to get more heat.

So far so good. The product is easy to use and maintain.

This Dyson cooling/heating tower is a perfect size for my brother’s small apartment and reduces his need for using the AC!

Not bad, could be better for the price. Might be good for a smaller room

Can warm an enclosed small to medium room but can’t cool down a room. The cooling feature is more like a regular fan. Pricy but nice. Wish had more physical buttons for features on the unit for ease of use but need to grab remote for easy access to all the features. Got on sale for $300 plus tax.

This compact heater does an excellent job in heating our bathroom in just a few moments. The remote is easy to use and very convenient.

Best heater,so quiet.We use it to warm a colder bathroom with big windows.Will enjoy the cooling fan in summer.
