    Never Heated Anything

    Didn't realize I was mostly getting an air purifier with a fan and a little heat. My brother has a couple of small little space heaters ($50-$100) and they do a fine job heating up his much bigger area. So when I invested in the $500 one to use to heat my much smaller area I had big expectations. The issue is it just never warmed anything up. If I put my face right up to it I can feel some heat emanating but nothing in the room and the higher I increase the fan power it just blows lukewarm/cool air on me. I actually got colder using it. I'm surprised people said this could heat up a room. I have it on max heat and the temp. reading hasn't change at all in over an hour. Again, my space is not that big. My brother with his high ceilings and $75 vornado is nice and toasty to the point we have to turn it off after a while because it gets too warm (for us, not the vornado). I'm contemplating picking up the non-air purifier version just to see if there is any difference or maybe I just got a busted one.

    Premium price for fancy life

    Charged for premium product, got a very average and basic fan. If you want to be fancy this is it otherwise no need to pay this much for air

    Very disappointed. I purchased this in December and it melted in March. I had to pay to send it back to Dyson as it was under their warranty. They did send me a replacement machine back but overall feel like it should have lasted longer.

    The heat quality is not good. The heat quality is poor. Additionally, it emits a strong odor into the room. The odor is so intense that when it warms up, your throat burns while breathing. Therefore, I am not satisfied with the product.

    They sent me a used product

    Didn't work properly thermostat didn't work. They sent me a used item. When I called customer service they told me someone else had owned it. If it worked I think it would be a great product but a bit pricey for my budget. Of course much less of a fire hazard. I returned it and that was a bit difficult but finally got a refund after I called my AMX office.

    Was shipped without the remote and Best Buy wont do anything about it. Deferred me to Dyson for warranty. It took so long for them to get back to me just to tell me the remote is out of stock. Now, because it has been 17 days instead of 15 days, Best Buy qont replace it. I was transferred to 6 people and they were all worthless. Now i have this $530 purifier that I cant use. Ill never shop here again.

    This doesn’t cool down anything at all. I have it all the way to 10 with the fan at max. Does nothing. Not worth the expensive price tag.

    For price the product is crap. Fan speed is pathetic. You can hardly feel it’s on if you are on other side of room. You can get decent ungraded fan for 20% price and far better performance. Just Brand name but poor quality. Return the product within 1 week.

    This is the worst purchase I have ever made from Best Buy. The fan was defective and Dyson has you work with their customer service to replace it. They received the replacement 4 weeks ago today saying I’d receive the replacement within 5-10 business days. I moved in the meantime (I explained this to three different customer service reps), but each rep confirmed it would be sent to the new address. It was delivered today, not to my new address. They now say 10 days for them to conduct an investigation. The fans are notoriously defective, so you’ll likely have a similar experience. DO NOT BUY DYSON.

    It's pure luxury. It doesn't blow cold air. It's just like a normal fan. Well, personally, I don't recommend it because you can find better fans for a better price, but that's everyone's opinion.
