Easy to understand, but haven’t had it long enough to need to change or clean anything. The one complaint I would have is that the display screen is small so if you don’t have great eyesight it might be difficult to see it. All in all a very good product.

I can feel the difference in the air quality and love that it keeps room cool. The heat mode is perfect during cold nights. Filters less expensive on Amazon.

During the winter the heat is great, and the hot Florida summertime the fan cools off a room. The air purifier is a great plus! I plan to buy another in the future.

A must have for homes with shedding pets. Bonus: we never need to dust as often in rooms where we have these fans. Id reccomend waiting for a sale, this model often is available at a discount from Best Buy.

Best Buy Provided Great Customer Service

Dyson's US website does not recognize this product for reasons that aren't clear so I was unable to get help from them with warranty coverage. I took it to Best Buy, who tried to help me get through Dyson's website but they also had the same issues. The manager offered to refund my money which was awesome. I really like Dyson products but they need to get their online support fixed.
