Hi there, this is David with Dyson. I'm happy to hear how much you're loving your Dyson air purifiers, along with the benefits they bring. In this case, I can confirm that Dyson TP01 air purifiers will be among our earliest purifier offering. Those models will not have connected functionality, similar to our Dyson HP01 Pure Hot+Cool™ air purifiers. That said, despite not having the option of connecting to the Dyson link app, Dyson HP01 Pure Hot+Cool™ air purifiers are a great option for those interested in having Dyson purifier technology in their home. Please also keep in mind that controlling your air purifier can still be done via the included remote control. We would value the opportunity to learn more about your experience, and the model is that you own, as we're keen to help ensure you're having a five star experience with your Dyson technology. Hi there, this is Kelly with Dyson. We're sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the cooling function from your HP01 Pure Hot + Cool. Our Purifiers & fans do not have Freon, so they are not an air conditioner, but it does work better than standard fans. Dyson fans use Air Multiplier technology to create a powerful stream of uninterrupted airflow. Air is accelerated through an annular aperture, creating a high-velocity jet of air. This passes over an air foil-shaped ramp, channeling its direction and creating areas of low pressure behind and around the fan. The change in pressure forces surrounding air to be drawn into the airflow, resulting in a powerful stream of smooth cooling air.

Dyson makes a variety of air purifiers; however not all models offer the ability to connect to WiFi and use the Dyson Link App in conjunction with the connectivity. Your HP01 will still operate and perform in the same way, and the unit can easily be controlled with the included magnetic remote control.
