Awful heater, great fan and air purifier.

But the heating feature doesnt work very well, I was trying to use it in a 250 sq ft bedroom and didnt heat it very well.

For $500, there's no excuse for it not heating more than 4" at max speed. It is very possible I purchased a defective product. If so, I'll update my review after exchanging. My heater currently doesn’t work in my apartment and thought this being a 3 in 1 would be a great purchase. PROS: Very good design Multi-purpose product CONS: Heater is very lack luster. $500 – Expensive for no good reason (with my experience)

The 360-degree HEPA filter clears 99.97% of allergens from your air. Air conditioning units and the Dyson Air Multiplier™ purifier fan are two very different products that work in very different ways. An air conditioner refrigerates the air it supplies, allowing the air in the room to be made cooler than the ambient temperature outside. The Dyson Air Multiplier™ fan cools a person by moving air over and around them.
Both heating and cooling modes allow you to select airflow speeds from 1-10. In heat mode, the temperature can be controlled, but since the fan does not cool like an AC unit, a set temperature cannot be set. While we never expect any issues to occur with your vacuum, Dyson does back your machine from an authorized retailer with a free 2-year guarantee. Posted .Hello Marlon, this is Kelly with Dyson. We're sorry to learn you've been disappointed with your HP01 Pure Hot + Cool Air Purifier. Dyson Pure Hot + Cool Link features a HEPA filter to remove 99.97% of allergens and pollutants as small as 0.3 microns, including pollen, dust, mold spores, bacteria and pet dander. The second layer in the filter contains activated carbon to capture household odors and volatile organic compounds like paint fumes. The machine also features a sleep timer, oscillation and 10 air speed settings.
Our Purifiers & fans do not have Freon, so they are not an air conditioner, but it does work better than standard fans. Dyson fans use Air Multiplier technology to create a powerful stream of uninterrupted airflow. Air is accelerated through an annular aperture, creating a high-velocity jet of air. This passes over an air foil-shaped ramp, channeling its direction and creating areas of low pressure behind and around the fan. The change in pressure forces surrounding air to be drawn into the airflow, resulting in a powerful stream of smooth cooling air. You must have a humidifier to be at to breathe easier. It's a dry air. This product is over price. The heat is ok, it does take a bit longer to heat up a room.
