    For the price, it does not deliver. It looks great but does not perform better than my cheap space heater. It did not warm up my small bedroom.

Whilst in heat mode, you're able to select from 10 airflow speeds and can also set the target room temperature up to 99 degrees.     Could be better with improved heater mode

    Maybe I was fooled by the name. Heater mode is “meh” only good for direct heat to one person close by. In rotating heat mode, no one is warm

    Stay away! Only lasted 2 months and show H2 error!

    Bought it last December, lightly used for about two months. Now it shows H2 error with flashing red power light. It’s completely out of work, I have to unplug it to turn it off. For this high price tag, it should last longer! A piece of junk! Shame on you, dyson!

    It’s a dyson, nuff said. It’s not as quiet as I would have expected, and it doesn’t quite push as much air through its rings.

    This product is poorly made, mine failed after little over a year of use. Don't expect Dyson support to do anything except tell you to go buy a new one. Instead, go buy a $100 heater from any other brand. I can guarantee it will heat just as well as this and will likely last longer

    Got this for our nursery and worked pretty well, but over time the heater would fail / shut down the system.

We wouldn't expect to hear that the heater would fail or shut off your machine. The heat should only completely shut off the machine if it's left on for 9 continuous hours. The HP01 will also go into standby mode once the room's target temperature has been met.

Despite it's smaller stature than our Pure Cool Tower models, The Dyson Pure Hot + Cool purifier heater can purify the air in any size room. The bigger the room, the longer the machine will take to purify it as there is more air in the room. In a room of 139.931, the purifier heater will purify the room in 27 minutes. In a smaller room, it will take less time to purify the air; in a bigger room, it will take longer to purify the air.     Totally worthless, crap

    Stopped working the second time I turned it on. This cold morning I got up at 4:50 a.m. to turn on the heat so that when I really get up 2.5 hrs later my very small living room would be nice and toasty (I even set the air flow of heater to 6). When I actually got up 2.5 hrs. later, NOTHING!! No warmth no hot air coming out even though it was on “red” for heat. I tried numerous times at different settings of heat and allowed it about 20 minutes each time. It didn’t even heat up any of the times. Needless to say, I returned this piece of crap for a full refund. Totally worthless at $500. BUYER BEWARE! Pure Junk.

      Thank you for your review. This is Miella from Dyson. We're so sorry to hear of your experience with your Dyson HP01 Pure Hot+Cool purifier fan heater. This isn't the experience we expect with the machine. When set to the heating mode, the machine will work to bring the machine to the target temperature, which is the temperature you set the machine to. If the room reaches that temperature, the machine will cut itself off. We're sorry to hear you're not getting the heating you need and this is peculiar.

    Don’t waste your money on this $$$ heater. It’s no better than an average space heater. I’d even argue that it’s not as good as some $20 space heaters I’ve purchased at Walgreens. Plus, it consumes so much energy that your bill will go way up!

    If I had to get it again I would get the BT/WiFi version. It sucks when I misplaced my remote.

    As a purifier, it is pretty good. But when you let it rotate, there is a noticeable clicking noise when the direction changes.

      Hi Danny, this is Kelly with Dyson. Thank you for your review. I'm happy to hear that thus far in your use, you're happy with the purification from your Dyson HP01 Pure Hot + Cool. I can confirm, especially when new, it would not be unusual to hear "clicking" while in the heating mode as the plastic will expand and contract depending upon the temperature. This can certainly be a normal aspect of the machine. That said, it's rather odd to hear this would be occurring during oscillation, or if your unit was set to the cooling mode, for example.

      While we don't ever expect issues to occur, Dyson does back your new machine from an authorized retailer with a free 2-year guarantee.     Clicking noise when oscillating

    1st one I exchanged it because of a clicking noise when oscillating , and that one started clicking again after a week. Very annoying at night when you are trying to sleep. Seen another review about this click. I did like the heater and fan power but did not like that clicking
