      Hi there, this is Kelly with Dyson. We're sorry to hear that in your use, you were disappointed with the airflow from your HP01 Pure Hot+Cool. Dyson Pure Hot+Cool features a HEPA filter to remove 99.97% of allergens and pollutants as small as 0.3 microns, including pollen, dust, mold spores, bacteria and pet dander. The second layer in the filter contains activated carbon to capture household odors and volatile organic compounds like paint fumes. The machine also features a sleep timer, oscillation and 10 air speed settings.

    An all-in-one fan, heater, and air purifier that is worth the investment. As someone who lives in a small apartment, spacing saving items are a gem. All the features work great and we use it every day!

    We have a 12 x 12 room and the heater does not heat the room!

    Poor quality and customer service

    I hope there was a 0 star to choose from since this so what the product and customer service deserve. Bought the machine in Dec 2020, within a week, the base started creating a grinding noise. In 2 weeks, had an H2 error. The Troy MI customer center replaced the heating tray but not the grinding noise at the base. After the repair, the machine shutdowns automatically whenever it wishes without any warning or noise. The '[email protected]' and customer service number is a joke since they promised me a new replacement but backtracked on it the next day. Never again will I buy a Dyson product.

Our Purifiers & fans do not have Freon, so they are not an air conditioner, but it does work better than standard fans. Dyson fans use Air Multiplier technology to create a powerful stream of uninterrupted airflow. Air is accelerated through an annular aperture, creating a high-velocity jet of air. This passes over an air foil-shaped ramp, channeling its direction and creating areas of low pressure behind and around the fan. The change in pressure forces surrounding air to be drawn into the airflow, resulting in a powerful stream of smooth cooling air.

    You have to be right in front of it to feel the breeze. It's just an overpriced air purifier and who knows if that is even purifying. Save your money.

The Dyson Pure Cool Tower TP01 air purifier will feature adjustable airflow settings ranging from 1-10, and an oscillation range of 180 degrees, which helps project purified air around the whole room.     It was nice while it lasted. It died just short of 7 months. The manufacture's warranty was of no use. The Geek Squad replaced it, then made us buy a new Geed Squad warranty. Replacement is o.k so far. It seems to be a nice to circulate the air.

    The cooling option was disappointing because it didn’t cool the room like I was expecting. The air pressure was not as strong too when at the highest setting. Too overpriced and I will be returning this product.

    First Try with Dyson

    Two stars. Only because it wasn't what we expected. I expected cooler air. Very cool air to flow out but, instead it was warm-like. The bedroom was very hot without air-conditioning and this product didn't help much. Was quite disappointed.

    Not Happy at all! Have had the fan less than a year and my cheap $30 fan is blowing more air than the $500 Dyson. Have replaced the filter twice and hardly any air is coming from it. So angry

If you use the machine 12 hours every single day, the filter would last about one year. Air quality both inside and outside of your home can also affect filter life. While it cannot connect via WiFi to the Dyson link app, and wouldn't be Alexa supported, the performance in terms of purification, heating and cooling is the same.     This item does not have wireless connectivity and the free extra filter in its packaging. We were disappointed because we could not tell the difference between this and the next model of this heater even though both models were the same price.

We can confirm that the HP01 Pure Hot + Cool is not a connected machine; there is no built-in capability in this model to connect to the Dyson Link App. That would be the only difference between this, and the HP02 model. In terms of air purification and airflow speeds, the machines are identical.     I wanted an air filter cooler because my daughter has allergies. We live in Fresno, which is known for poor air quality and much pollen. It did not help her at all. While waiting for its delivery I got a 20 dollar fan to keep us cool. The Dyson cool air provided less cool air than this cheap fan. The Dyson when turned up full does not provide provide much wind, no comparison to my cheap fan set on its low setting. I returned the Dyson HP01. I would not recommend it to anyone. It looks nice but the performance was not nice.

You may be happy to know that this unit does feature a Night mode, that when enabled will dim the display and reduce the air speed to level 4.     Expensive fan does not perform the way I thought

    Being the most expensive fan I could fin and marketing as a cool fan I am not impressed. For how much it cost I thought it would actually cool the room down but it just act like a $10 fan would. We will see how well the heat works this winter.

      Hello there, this is Kelly with Dyson. Thank you for sharing your review. Our air multiplier line, unlike an AC unit that is designed to chill the air, consists of blade-less fans. The air temperature does not change, it is the air flow which cools the user. Each of the machines have the option of increasing the speed of the air expelled from the machine, which is adjusted with the remote control. While you can adjust the temperature in heat mode, in cool mode the only adjustment that can be made would be to the airflow speed.
