Very handy. Cools great. Does not occupy much space.

not worth it..it is a fan..cools no more than a $30 fan

I haven’t used the cold setting on this yet, only heat which works really well. I’m happy with this purchase. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is I was hoping the unit was quieter for the price tag. We use it mostly in a nursery and thankfully the white noise covers up the sound.

This is a replacement since my heater went on the blitz. It was very easy to set up and I like the idea it’s also a fan and purifier. Easy to set temperature and very quiet. It’s also light so easy to carry. Definitely would recommend.

I have this fan/heater on the nightstand next to by bed. I run it in the summer to stay cool, but the best is on cold winter night/mornings, when you can have it blow warm air. It's a great two for the price of one option.

Lovely machine--actually looks beautiful--cools, purifies the air, and is worth every penny--it's light enough to move easily, and it's helped me survive the horrific air quality. Portable, so great for those areas a window a/c doesn't reach.

The hot and cool feature is great. Keeps the large living warm and the remote is convenient. I definitely notice a change in the air.

Heats up a whole room , it’s so powerful despite its size , best purchase from dyson . I have two of the air purifiers and fans , but I’m in love with this one .

This is the 2nd one we bought. Love this style. Since I'm older, I use the cooling element and the heater all in the same day.

Got mode works really well and the air is comfortable, but you shouldn’t treat it as AC substitute for cooling though

This is an excellent purifier with a great filter. I noticed a huge difference in my allergies within 24 hours of purchase. I slept better and I woke up without congestion. There are a lot of people writing reviews that really don't know what they're talking about. First of all, it's not meant as an AC - this goes for their entire line of purifiers. All it takes is to read the name of the 500 dollar product you are purchasing - "Purifier, heater, and fan - iron/silver" - see? Not that hard. Second, when you use the heating function - if the sensor detects that the room temperature is equivalent to your target temperature, then it will start blowing neutral, purified air without heating it. If you want it to keep blowing out hot air, you just have to increase the temperature to something higher than your current room temperature. Again, this isn't rocket science folks - when it's 74 degrees in your room, putting the heater on 75 isn't going to make it blow hot air for 5 hours. You can see whether the air is actually being heated by the red dot next to the temperature. Once it hits that temperature, the red dot will turn white. This means it's maintaining that temperature, not blowing hot air. These are very basic uses of the product, and since it seems many reviewers here can't read a manual for a product they paid 500 dollars for - I don't really know what kind of product would make them happy. The fan is far superior to any blade fan I've used, the heat is soft and won't burn you - but it will heat up a medium sized room within 5 minutes. The purifier filter was working well since the first day I used it.

I have 0 heat or AC in my house. This unjt keeps my room warm in winter and cool in summer

You should have one in the room. This is quiet and comfortable.

I purchased this fan from BB because my apartment has the worst air quality I have seen. We don't have access to our air conditioner in the winter so when we have those few warm days in January we have to suffer through it. So I purchased this fan to help with cooling my living room and bedroom at night. The cooling factor is actually very good at cooling the space. I used it overnight in my bedroom and it offered relief especially since I'm someone who likes my room cold at night. No it's not air conditioner replacement but it offered relief. I haven't used the heating fan as of yet. I wanted it for the cooling fan. It covered a reasonable space. The plus side is my BB had it on sale for $200 off. I was pleasantly surprised. But this unit is not connected to the Dyson app, so keep that in mind. Easy to carry from room to room.
