I don't have anything negative except I'm not sure it is worth 499.00. I don't notice that it cleans the air as I have allergies and my allergies aren't better after a month. As a heater, I don't think it's better than my Lasko infrared heater and doesn't heat as well. I will keep it.

Works well, heat and cool. We'll see how durable it is, although I have another Dyson fan I've had for a few years and it's still going strong. It's a bit pricey, but I'm happy with it.

I really like this purifier. On the lowest setting it makes a clicking sound but other than that it’s powerful and I look forward to many more years of clean air!

Stay away from these fans they are extremely expensive and only last less than 3 years and they will give you an h2 code which means you are out of $500 dollars. Not to mention 2 filters a year @ $60+ dollars so a total $800+ dollars for Dyson to tell sorry you’re past the warranty. Just google Dyson h2 code. Save yourself the hassle and money.

Other than the design , gets noisy, gets smelly , and the thermostat works in a weird way . One of the worst boys I’ve done this year.

Works as advertised…. Great tabletop fan during summer, but even nicer rotating fan now that fall temps are showing up.

This device both heats and cools and the remote is easy to use. It also pivots and rotates.

It is excellent product. We always love Dyson! It's good for collage student to use in their dorm.

We are going through a heat wave in CA and we bought this because of all the reviews. After much thinking because of the price we decided to pick it up today since there was a sale. well $430 later we plug it in and we could barely feel the air sitting 5 feet away from it. I mean this is priced really high for a fan and we really expected a more powerful stream of air. At the highest setting on direct stream and total disappointment. Compared to another tower fan that was 1/5 of the price this was just underwhelming. Needless to say we are returning it tomorrow. Also not as quiet as you think, on the highest setting it is as loud as our normal fan so just keep that in mind when buying it.

Had this product a little over two years and now the higher fan levels cannot be reached. I'm trying to figure out if the filter is clogged but we don't use the machine enough to think it is clogged and visibly it does not appear to be the case. It's a good product but at this price point, I would expect better and more durable performance.

I like to sleep with a fan on because I get hot but the girl doesn’t like the noise from fans so I got this and it’s perfect

Bought in a black friday sale. Out of the box, was pleased with the quality of fan and ease of controls. But there is a high pitched whirring sound from the fan even on the lowest power setting. I tried reseating the filter but nothing seemed to fix it. It's too loud to ignore and I'm returning it immediately.
