Received a Defective Product

I couldn't find anything online about that error so I called Dyson's customer service. After about an hour of being on hold and then talking to a rep, I was told I had to return it and they would immediately ship out a new one when they showed the original as being shipped. They didn't ship a new one out until two or three days after they had already received the defective one. Took two to three weeks to finally get a working purifier. The product itself seems nice as long as you get a working one. The heater function works great and puts out a pretty good amount of fresh air.

Worth the money

This will warm a room in no time and it is a cozy kind of warm. The Air purifier is a plus that actually makes a difference as soon as you turn the fan on.

Put it in our baby room and it keeps it just the right temperature using the thermostat. Comforting as well knowing that she is breathing clean air! Just recently changed the filter for the first time which is recommended once a year and it was very simple and easy to do.

They use it every day several times a day during the cold winter months especially. I love it as well as it warms my cold feet in winter months. It also saves a ton of money because it heats the whole room and I dont need to use my furnace as much at all.

I bought this space heater and have to reconsider my view. It is quiet, pet-proof and the blue looks fabulous. All my other heaters are being given away. Spend your money on this line of heat/cold products. You will not be sorry.

We have all noticed that we aren’t as congestion, especially in the mornings, with our air purifiers running. This one has the added bonus of being able to circulate the air forward or backward and choose between a fan or heat.
