This was going to be my second Dyson. All was working fine until I put it in oscillating. It kept clicking. Tried calling Dyson help was nonexistent. Returned it.

Great fan. Works perfect. My mom coughs less with it. Only issue is it didnt tell me that my electrical bill almost double. She uses it 7 to 8 a day. Like 2pm to 9pm or 10 pm. Now she only use it few times a week. Filter little pricey. But you can get it at bed bath beyond for cheaper with coupon.

Good for a small office. Expensive but it does double duty as a filter. The low settings result in a quiet running fan with nice direct heat. Magnets on the top of unit are great for remote placement.

Trying to heat a small area less than 300 sq ft. Stops oscillating even before desired temperature. I would return if it were from Amazon, but Best Buy's return window is so small.

I bought 2 of these. One of them reacted slower than the other so I returned the slow reacting one. Other that that the one that wasn’t slow is a great heater, fan and purifier. I am not disappointed at all with this purchase

Noisy but still good for my Living room! A bit expensive and I will probably will not buy a 2nd, this is was astill good purchase in the summer! I would not buy it if you are looking to cool yourself but will revisit later in the Winter with the heating!

I'm trying to buy a gift for my grandmother so I decided to get her something. So i bought this fan but man was I disappointed. This Fan may have an air filter but the effect is not noticeable. The power of this fan was very underwhelming for this kind of price for a fan. It barely does better than a $20 Box fan. I returned it with no issues, but man big price doesnt always mean better

It really helped ease the allergy level for mu daughter and I, the heat function also is very useful during Winter time. I would rather pay more to get the heat+ cool functions

I exchanged the top blue one or the small room. It still covers 400 ft.² but this little silver one has heat as well. I am happy with it it doesn’t take a lot of room so I am very comfortable thank you

Excellent fan. Its pricey but for what it does it worth it. It both cools and heats. Doubles over as an air purifier. It will not replace a traditional A/C. But it will keep you much cooler than a traditional fan and makes a whole let less noise than one

Just started using it today. I wish it would blow out more air. I got it on sale. I wanted the silver color but they were sold out in my area. I like the timer, it will run up to one hour, and I like that it has a temp setting. But for the money it should push out more air.

Was exactly what I needed, took the chill out of the air during those really cold winter nights when our apt baseboard heat just wasn’t cutting it. Perfect for summer to help circulate the air conditioning around the house. But! It stop rotating and I’ve only had it less than 6 month

Dyson products are amazing, I would definitely recommend purchasing this for your home/room/apartment. I know the price can make your think but it is worth it. Plus by the time you replace those cheap ones that burn out. You will have paid for one.

I really like this fan. I've used it in the summer strictly as a fan to help cool down the living room, and in the winter as a heater to help warm things up a bit. It does both functions well.

This item is convient for additional cooling or heating a medium size room or smaller. It’s a little complicated to set it up but once it is setup it becomes easy to use. I like the variable fan speeds and the fact it purifiers the air too.

I like how compact and light the fan/heater is. The power cord is pretty thick and looks to be well made. The fan portion works pretty well, but for the price I paid, the heater does not do such a good job heating up my living room. The heater/fan I purchased at Costco for $100 does a much better job with heating up the room. I'm not bashing the Dyson as far as built and quality goes, but because it's over $400, it's not worth it. Also, the unit does not work without the remote. You can manually turn on the fan, but it will only turn on to the last setting. So if you had it on the fan and try to switch it to the heater, you won't be able to switch it without the remote. The remote is also very small and light, so don't lose it.

This is our 5th dyson fan, and it works like the others. The only issue is that it doesn't seem to be as quiet as the other dyson's, even at level 3. However the heated air is very gentle and does not feel like a heater. I am looking forward to using it over the winter.

I bring this thing everywhere with me it keeps my bed cool all the time and then when it’s cold outside it will bring a good amount of heat to the room and raise the temp of the room by 2 degrees easily

Works as intended. The heat setting is nice for taking the chill out of a room on those cold winter night. The oscillating setting is much louder than I would have expected for a fan in this price range.

I bought this product at the recommendation of a colleague. Let me start with the Air Purifier. I don't know if my air is any cleaner or not. I didn't buy the model that has the App and the display on the machine so there is really no way to know if this product is purifying my air or not. As for the heating portion, I am a little disappointed in the heating ability. I turn it all the way up to the max blower speed and the max temp and this thing blows luke warm air. Not what I paid $400 for. The normal fan without the heater seems to have much more power and am satisfied with this feature. I really bought this for the heater with a bonus of it being an air purifier. Very underwhelmed with the heater.
