The description indicates air Purifier but it's just a fan, the price is hight for this item... I have tried to call customer service to get info on how to use and is on hold for a long time message says go online.. NO HELP

This is a costly product like all their products. But for some reason I keep coming back. I believe it is the quality. Am there products work aspected. Which let's be honest, that is not an guarantee these days.

I began purchasing dyson products about 5 years ago. Not one of them has disappointed! I do not mind paying for quality and dyson is just that - quality products. I own 4 of the hp01 now! Would highly recommend this product if you can find them!

I bought this to help keep our air more clean and circulated. So far it has been holding up to its promise with me running it about half the day. I have tried the heat a couple of times and it doesn't seem to be able to keep a constant heat up. but it does work well in the short term.

It’s junk. All it does is give me error code 2 and 3 all the time. My home was built in the 70’s so my electrical should be able to handle a fan no way should I be getting error code 2 all the time. Error code 3 is due to room temp too hot. It’s 70 in my house. I’ve even turned it down to 68 to try and get it turn on. Nope. Can’t return it so I’m giving it to family to see if they want to fiddle with it. I’m not paying Best Buy any money to “diagnose” a problem.

I own two of these (one for bedroom, one for main floor). Well-designed, quiet and effective air cleaner, and it's quite nice to be able to add some warmth to a room using the small, unobtrusive remote controller.

Its seem HP01 is not heating as you advertise, 800 square foot called Dyson and they said this model only heats 400 square feet. So your information is incorrect. What I would want is you to send me another heater at Big discount or I will return for a full refund. On HP01.

Oscillating making noise after I bought it two weeks later. It can’t be returned nor exchanged after two weeks policy at Bestbuy.

I love all the dyson products I own. If you are looking for a fan only then may be this is not a great product. I just wish the dyson bladeless fan speed is as good as the one's with blades. It is a great air purifier.

It does make a difference but you have to nearly leave it running for hours to get rid of odors. It looks great too but I’d rather have more function than flare. We have pot smokers in our building and needed something with a good square foot range.

Good product even a bit overpriced compare to other brand. The complain I have is you can ONLY control wind speed and temperature via remote. there is only on/off button on the body. What if the remote is lost?

Not the best fan available in the market, I believe it's probably a better heater than a fan but not needed in hot South Florida.

Expensive but worth it for the versatility, adjustability and quality. Emits quiet, effective heat for a medium size room and I like the vertical angle adjustment and horizontal sweep angle adjustments.

Bladeless fans are the best out now. No dust accumulating in the room and safe for my child. It does not have the quiet mode like the other model I had bought before but it's okay since I'm using it in my living room. The other model best for a bedroom.

This unit works well, but it uses lots of power. That may be the trade off if clean air is your goal. The fan wind flow is closer to the floor because it's a short unit. You can, however, tilt it upward a bit, but it still does not offer and good flow of air unless you turn the unit air flow volume bottom up higher at which time, its becomes a bit more noisy. My power bill went up $40 monthly with daily use. So if you are interested in this Dyson fan, please take a moment to factor in your annual usage cost as well. I just unplugged it after seeing my power bill and will only use it occasionally and as needed to clean my home air as needed.

This unit is perfect for all year around comfort I’m actually a plumber and HVAC specialist and when I bought one of these I was kind of overwhelmed at how well and efficient it works

I really like this product. I don't feel as though it heats 800 sq. ft. but it is good for the space that I purchased it for. The style goes great with the decor in my she-cave. Overall, it is a good quality product and I would recommend it to friends.

I bought this on sale for Black Friday and at first I was hesitant. After using it for about a month now, I’ve saved money on my heating bill as I use this to heat my bedroom up. It’s amazing and almost TO good. Worth every penny.

I’m impressed with the build quality of this Dyson heater/fan. We needed a space heater for winter and a fan for warmer weather. Haven’t been able to run the heater through some extreme conditions, but the fan is all I expected.

I use the heat function on cool mornings and it heats a large room quickly. The fan is not super strong but I bought it for the HEPA filter feature and being able to use both heat and cool fans from the same device.
