Good but ugly

It doesn’t have auto mode, and cannot be used with the app. This is the first generation of this air purifier from Dyson. I have the second generation which is the HP02. That one has the auto mode and can be controlled with the Dyson app. Too bad they don’t have that anymore. If u don’t care about auto mode or link to an app, it should work for u. But for the price this air purifiers costs, it better have those features.

We're sorry to hear that you wee disappointed with the HP01 and not being able to connect to the Dyson Link app. As the HP01 is not a connected model, this base model won't offer that capability. The HP02 model is connected; you can connect that one, and utilize all of the Dyson app features. On our newest models, including the HP04, the ability to control the heat is disabled in the app. This is due to federal regulations, and not anything with Dyson technology.
