    I love everything about this vacuum. The power and dirt capacity is awesome, They only need to improve upon one thing. I hate having to hold the trigger down . It just needs an on off switch. So simple!!

    Less than 2 years, broken. No replacement parts available from Dyson. Warranty ends next month and if replacement parts don’t come in by then I’m told I’m SOL eventhough I reported and requested before warranty is done. $1000 plus vacuum. I love Dyson but this makes me not want to spend my money on them if their product can’t even last two years.

    I gave this 4 stars based on the access of this vacuum. You have to hold the button down while in motion which is painful to do. However, they did make a newer model with a button you just press. but its for the smaller one. I would have kept the bigger one had it not be for the button you have to hold down. it want a sort idea! I wouldn't recommend this model
