    Dyson broke after 11 month. Same time my card was expired and protection cancelled without notification, Best Buy didn’t bother to take care of it although it’s covered with manufacturing warranty. Shame on Best Buy, horrible customer service, making you wait for hours, literally hours on the phone and hang up, past 2 yeits a hustle with them, they do shady business. No wonder that everyone shops from Amazone.

    This is one of the best vacuums on the market. The laser fluffy head is a game changer when it comes to cleaning wood and tile floors.

    We've owned the V10 and v12 which are both great but this one pulls up alot more dirt and fluffs up the carpet twice as good as the v12

    Best vacuum ever! I went into the store to buy an apple watch and the best buy employees could not help but the Dyson rep sold me!

    Best vacuum cleaner I have had. My housekeeper loves it. I have 2 very hairy dogs and it picks up everything

    I thought the laser head was a gimmick but it turned out to be the most useful feature of the vacuum. Overall, I can't say I'm too happy with the performance of it though. The suction is ridiculously weak. It doesn't pickup dog hair or cobwebs from more than 2" away when using the wand. We've had the older wired ball vacuums which had amazing suction and performance. Also, the battery packs are a complete joke. Expect to swap them every 30 minutes if you are trying to clean the whole house.
