Best vaccum we’ve ever had. Smart, light, so easy to use

Well built vacuum. This particular model is a little on the heavy side, something to consider. Cleans so well that I can use it on the Econ setting even with cat hair and litter in the carpet. Without having to deal with a cord you can focus on the vacuuming and get done faster. Only uses 20% of the battery to do a several rooms of carpet on Econ setting.

Although original delivery Was apparently lost in transit Best Buy responded with a timely replacement. Further, the product performed well.

The Dyson Outsize Cordless Vacuum is a good one, the best out of 4 Dyson Vacuums to date. I have to say right off the bat, I really needed a 4.5 stars, I cant give it a 5 with 2 features, and one being many have brought up to all vacuum companies on so many reviews still not being taken care of on the Dyson. First thing is this vacuum sucks, in a GREAT way! The power it has is amazing and literally destroys dirt and collects it with ease like a Dyson is built for. From low to high pile carpet and even hardwood floors, the vacuum does work and does it well. The 3 speeds being a nice touch to save battery are really not needed, set it to 3 and go! The vacuum is light for being cordless, even the usually heavy batteries are lightweight. The noise level is very small as well, I was able to test the vacuum at 8 am in the morning yesterday and the kids did not wake or hear a thing, that is nice for new moms and dads with newborns. The attachments are of a great selection and all snap in with ease. Multiple hard tools and brush attachments to get into those hard to reach places or clean the hair from your dog(ours is a husky) right off the couch and chairs. The ease of use for even dumping the latest load of dirt is so easy and 100% cleaner than any other vacuum I have owned or tested. Pus a lever and the bottom pops open, you then slide the outside tube down its inner sleeve with a rubber neck on the inside, pushing all the dirt out with no dust clouds and not getting on bit of dirt on your hands. After that, use the included wall hanging system and hang it up to charge. Great job on this one Dyson. Now, for the few things Dyson needs to improve on for the best possible vacuum setup I think you could ask for. The hall hanger, it work and works well but what do I do with the extra battery? Maybe add another spot in the wall hanger to hold and charge the backup battery, that would fix it or send another wall hanger to mount elsewhere to charge the battery for another section of the house. Next, the mini roller for the couches, why does no company thing about how to store this part? There is no place on the vacuum or the wall hanger, so where does it go to be lost and forgotten, the dreaded utility drawer in your kitchen. Please Dyson, figure that out too. And last thing, the hold to use trigger button on this unit. It is a fairly easy pull but when you have issues with your fingers as I do or are elder, holding that power trigger for 25 minutes straight to vacuum the house is not fun, this needs to go away, it is not saving battery. So, 4.5 stars, could easily be 5 in my book with the 3 above changes,
