This Vacuum does very well with transitions from floor to carpet to tile. I use it all over the house. The different modes allow me to do quick vacuum or a deep vac.

Received as Christmas present...it heavier but the extra battery makes it ok.

I never noticed how much time I previously spent planning out which outlet to use and how much I could get vacuumed before having to unplug and replug my vacuum cleaner. NOT ANY MORE! This very flexible and saves time by not doing the cord navigation, but it also goes further under some of my furniture. I ordered a flexible hose to go with this and that makes using some of the attachments easier.

Love that is is light and easy to use. Still cleans with the power of our upright.

The brains Dyson added to this vaccuum, along with the bigger battery capacity, have immensley added to the vacuum time I get on a charge. I am leaving it set on Auto, and It is darn near twice the square feet I am getting vacuumed on a single charge. I just leave it up to the vaccuum to set the power as I go from carpet to hard wood to stone. Well done Dyson.

Honestly with all the review out there raving about Dyson. Maybe my expectations was inflated but I didn't particular feel it is that much more powerful. I like the light weight, and it's wireless capability. Do make me feel like I'm ok to vacuum more but is it truly worth 2 to 2.5x price of competitor...Well that's for you to decide. One thing I will say is it doesn't come with any manual at all, I mean I know most things are self explanatory but you still gotta be a bit tech savvy. Overall, for me, I like the vacuum just thought it's way way expensive... Maybe wait for a sale to go on.

Great cordless vac. Large trash canister. Great job on tile floors and area rugs. Two batteries and chargers but one does a 3100 sf house and still has juice. Good automatic speed adjustment when going from hard floors to rugs. Only negative is the lack of a constant on switch. You need to hold down the switch the entire time you are sweeping.

Works better than expected and larger bin is very useful.

This is expensive but it is fabulous and worth the money. I live the wider power head and the larger dust bin plus two batters and the three settings that give you time left for use on each setting. Works really well. The only thing I would change is needing to take it apart in order to empty the bin.

Great vacuum!! I've always had a Dyson for the past 20 years and they NEVER disappoint! This one truly made me give up 'the plug'. Lightweight and easily gets under everything without moving furniture every time I vacuum. Tried a Shark brand but NOTHING beats one and one battery is more than enough to do my whole house!

Yikes. Amazing machine but the process have gotten carried away. I can't really justify the price jump from the V11 to this, but maybe the swappable battery packs is enough for some of you to pay the extra. Wouldn't have paid the full price, this unit was a Geek Squad warranty claim replacement upgrade.
