    Very cool design, quiet and easy to setup

    We've wanted an air purifer for a while and we also needed a humidifier...this has it all. It may be a bit pricey, but I fully expect this thing to last for years. Pros: Looks great, easy to setup, easy to use Cons: price (but may be worth it in the long run)

    I was hesitant to spend this much money but after checking many reviews decided to purchase. I’ve only had about a month but my breathing...my overall comfort and lack of allergy complications is remarkable. It is well worth the money!

    Cant say enough. With my wife being from a tropical island, she does not care for our dry climate here. This is perfect for our upstairs as it keeps the humidity level comfrtable for both her and i. Great product.

    I use this in a 150 sq ft room and it barely keeps the humidity up and doesn't do much to cool the room. I guess for the price I was expecting more, but obviously it's not an AC unit.

      Hello Delqath, this is Kelly with Dyson. We're sorry to hear that in your use, you have found that the PH01 Pure Humidify + Cool doesn't cool down your room enough. Our Purifiers & fans do not have Freon, so they are not an air conditioner, but it does work better than standard fans. Dyson fans use Air Multiplier technology to create a powerful stream of uninterrupted airflow. Air is accelerated through an annular aperture, creating a high-velocity jet of air. This passes over an air foil-shaped ramp, channeling its direction and creating areas of low pressure behind and around the fan. The change in pressure forces surrounding air to be drawn into the airflow, resulting in a powerful stream of smooth cooling air.

    My room is no longer dry. Also I don't think buying model later than PH01 is necessary, which only add the ability to filter formaldehyde - but whose house has formaldehyde regularly?

    It’s way too expensive and it broke down on me twice. If the price lowers it could worth the price.

    Pricey and my home is still dry, even with all windows and doors closed. My indoor humid level never >= 50%, not recommended

The machine can reach 70% humidity, but getting to this target depends on environmental conditions like the size and ventilation of the room, and the relative humidity of the surrounding air.  Even when the machine is working properly, it can naturally be harder to reach a target humidity if the air is relatively dry to begin with, if it’s an “open” environment where non-humidified air is flowing in, etc.  We'd value the opportunity to learn more about your experience with your Dyson, and to provide you with support.     Keeps cool prevents dry air

    Got this for my mother due to her having issues with the unhealthy air in Riverside recently. It’s helped her sleep better with less issues and more comfortably. Also makes it easier to breath in the house.

    For air quality changes, yes, it did improve home air quality and make you feel healthier. But, after using only one month, the humidifier stopped working. Dropped it out for repair, and two weeks later, it stopped working again. For an $800+ product, it doesn’t prove its quality. I am a loyal Dyson customer. But this time, I’m very disappointed. I do not recommend this product.

    Absolutely wonderful! Solves 2 problems with 1 machine. Put it on auto and it does the job. Notice it use full power and make adjustments when something is cooked too.

    So far I am very happy with this purchase. It was fairly easy setup and has been working like a charm for the last couple of weeks. I haven’t used the humidifier yet, but will definitely use in the winter.

    Wow! Dyson PH01 is quiet and cool And cleans the sur. Plus we can use Alexa voice to turn on and off. It does everything just as advertised.

    Deep clean cycle can not be done no matter what, without that get done the machine won't do anything. Since it past 30 days, I contact Dyson directly. Their customer service is terrible, will only offer same product exchange, no other option. And the exchange refurbished machine they sent me has the exact same issue right out of the box. I have to waste more time for another exchange.

    Defective Product - Terrible Support

    Was pretty impressed with the humidifier/purifier out of the box. Took about 2 days when we started getting 'out of water' errors despite the tank being 1/2 to completely full. Attempted troubleshooting and contacting Dyson when we should have just taken it back. Contacted BestBuy on Day 20 as Dyson's only resolution was for us to drive it 70 miles for service. BestBuy won't touch it as it's past day 15 of their return policy. Paid a premium price and thought we would be getting a better product and better customer service than this. Very disappointed. Saw the reviews and hoped this was an isolated issue/one that has been resolved, but it doesn't appear to be the case. Wouldn't recommend.

    Humidifier does not work, even after 3rd exchange!

    This has been the WORST experience with a dyson that I have ever had. Please read the other 1 star experiences because I guarantee that this WILL HAPPEN to you too! This has been the 3RD, YES 3RD exchange that I have had with Dyson. Yes the company continues to exchange it for a new one, but every single new one does not work! After 3 days, the humidifier will tell you that it needs water, then when you re-fill the water and it will still say that it needs water and will not work until that display goes away. Dyson continues to say it is the PUMP ASSEMBLY and just so you are aware, be prepared to wait 8 weeks because they are ALWAYS backordered! 8 weeks tells me that there seems to be a common problem with them! DO NOT BUY! Go with a humidifier alone if that is what you are looking for.
