After 3 month the humidifier has stopped working. On the plus side the company is sending me a replacement. With the pandemic I have purchased this and several just air filters. After 1 month stopped being able to work from my phone app.

Not lucky enough to get a working one

New product stoped working on next day (shown caution sign in display & not responding to remote or mobile app) & got exchanged with another product from near by Bestbuy store. Exchanged product humidifier was not working at all. Tried all the options recommend by the Dyson customer service. But no luck. Lost confidence in Dyson quality control as both of these new devices found defective. Reached Dyson customer service again & are very responsive. They agreed to ship new device to my home; but not taking any more chances. Currently returned this item & looking for other companies similar product.

With regard to the airflow, it does blow cool air. This unit does also have a backwards airflow mode, which diverts airflow through the back of the machine to purify and humidify, without cooling you.
