I am so very disappointed!! I used to Love Dyson and in ONE DAY purchased (2) of these PH01s - $1,600 and a $600 dyson vacuum. BOTH of my PH01s will not reach humidity level higher than 35% and the surrounding air is over 55%! I called Dyson - they had me reset and were supposed to call me back but never did! they said they would have ME PACK IT UP and return it so they can send me another one! NO thank you! these are both going back to Best Buy tomorrow! i AM SO disappointed! I had so much hope for a product that had both purifier and humidifier in both. I am done with Dyson!!

Excelente producto for your kids to breathe healthy

I got 2 Dyson PH01 Pure Humidifier and after 2-3 months both of them started releasing some really awful odor like fermented dough yeast. I checked online and apparently is not only me. Thankfully in one of them, the deep cleaning light come on so i run it and the smell went away "for now" but for the other one is not on yet and there is no way i could find to trigger that manually. Spent almost $2000 and i'm very disappointed

This thing got stuck in deep clean mode after one week. Should have listened to other reviews. Also it's not even a deep clean cycle it is simply a one hour soak that is impossible to bypass.

I though this would cool the house not like ac but for a almost 1000 dollar price tag with tax and insurance . I thought it would be better

Terrible waste of money , literally second week after purchase it stopped working , kept telling me to call Dustin and after finally doing so they were very slow with evrything , used it for my home office and let’s just say I’m glad I’m a elite member and had 45 days to return or else I’d be very very disappointed

Let me start with this...this is a great machine. I'll start with the filter. It's pretty heavy duty but easy to access and to clean. It was easy to set up and to start using. The app and bluetooth function works great and gives you control from anywhere. The features on the app are convienent as well. The machine is very quiet and has tons of sensors. While I will say, that we didnt notice any difference in the actual performance compared to our Luma purifier, the difference is in the added features such as the air quality sensors and the humidifier features. The machine will actually adjust its speed and humidity on its own based off of the air quality sensors. It's actually very good. When a door or our dog is in the house the machine senses it and automatically adjusts to it. I would have given this 5 stars if it wasn't for the price and the fact that we didnt notice an overall difference in the air quality. What I will say is that we were running our Luma all day and night. You are paying for convience and for adaptability. Overall this is a great machince if you are looking for extra features and are willing to pay for it.

Too much maintenance!!! You have refill the water tank at least once a month. Filter at $80 a pop. It’s only been 8 months since.

Cool looking and works great cooling and humidifying a fairly decent size room, until it breaks after two weeks. Pump error on humidifier. Support from Dyson was helpful until what they suggested as a fix didn't work. Haven't heard from them since. I think I'll return it and buy something less cool that actually lasts a month or two.

The three things I like about this machine are i) its looks ii) the breeze mode iii) reliable wifi controls. It CANNOT maintain the humidity in the room. I don't think its just my unit as I see several threads in the internet complaining about the same. I am in ATL and the product is placed in a bedroom, 20x17 ft for reference. I tried running the fan in all possible modes but no luck.

Rather disapointed in this Dyson Tower Humidifier & Air Purifier. The humidifier part stopped working after a few weeks. Returned to store and got a 2nd one. This 2nd one has just stopped working 2 days after the return date has expired. Read on reddit today, that this is a common problem. Sadly I did NOT see that any where in best buy reviews, wouls have made me think twice about buying.

The Dyson PH01 Air Purifier has made a significant difference in our home in a short amount of time. With the allergy season just starting up in the Chicago area, I’m going to be relying on this to help keep my family room / kitchen area free of particulates and odors. In our house, we have two dogs a guinea pig and two lizards. Although nothing smells bad because everything is kept very clean, there is already a difference in the air near the small animal cages. The room feels cleaner which I believe to be because the Dyson device is pulling additional dust and odor from the air. Even though it is April and sometimes spring is in full spring, it has still been a bit cold and dry. The humidifier feature has a one gallon water tank built into the bottom and is a welcome addition to these rooms as they feel much more comfortable to be in. My sinuses feel clear which is not typical for me during this time of the year. My kids have also noticed a difference saying that they didn’t feel as congested over the last couple of days. Their allergies can be really bad around this time of year. The readout shows you actively what is in the air that the purifier is picking up and cleaning, it shows the humidity level and fan speed as well as your filter status. I have left it all on “auto” for the past week and it has adjusted as needed during that time keeping these rooms well balanced for fan speed and the humidity level. Now that I have this on the first floor, my wife has asked when we will be getting another one for our master bedroom. This tells me she is also very happy with it. I highly recommend this, and although a little pricey, I feel it is a good investment for keeping my family and home healthy.

As a first time user to any appliance in the Dyson lineup, let me first start by saying I'm impressed. Right out the box, I could feel that this was a sturdy unit. So many appliances these days are constructed using cheap/flimsy materials. That is not the case with this one. The assembly was straight forward and within a few minutes I was looking for the perfect place to setup my Dyson Air Purification unit and give it a go. We set it in our living room in a location which allows airflow to the dining room as well. It cools both rooms well and provides a nice breeze while either eating meals or watching tv. I've used an array of purifiers, humidifiers and fans in the past, but never all in the same device. After using it for a little over a week, my family is already starting to notice the difference. For the allergy sufferers in the family, this unit has provided some much needed relief. I really don't know how to say it, other than the air just feels cleaner. There are settings on the remote, which is built well, to enable auto cooling and humidifying control. Just using those alone has made a drastic improvement in the air quality in our apartment. I haven't had a chance to download the app yet, but from what I've read, it operates flawlessly as a second remote and monitoring system. With the Spring/Summer months upon us, I'm hoping this unit will limit the amount of sneezes, coughs and overall discomfort that the nice weather often brings with it for those that suffer like we do. Haven't had to clean this unit yet, but it comes with 3 packs of cleaner and the process looks to be pretty simple. Looking forward to seeing how effective this unit is with giving my family cleaner air to breathe.
