This thing is great. Amazingly silent, cool air output, and purifies the air. But not entirely sure if it’s anymore humidifying than a cheaper unit here in SoCal. Some days it still struggles like a cheaper unit, and runs out of water quicker than advertised. Might just be the fact we live in a desert though...

I can feel the difference in the air now that I have this fan. I dont have sneezing fits or stuffy nose now. The air feels different in my apartment. I love how cold it gets with the light invisible mist this dyson fan emits. I highly recommend this fan just for the air purifier alone.... every thing else is a big bonus

Excellent product. Keeps us cool and keeps our air clean and breathable. I have terrible allergies (and so does my dog) and this helps us tremendously. You can also use tap water in this unit as well, which is much less headache than using distilled water every time. Did I mention it looks great?

This thing is the worst fan of all time. It makes so much noice and there is absolutely zero support for this garage pile. DO NOT BUY IT.

Have only had it a week and am still learning. Easy to set up. So far so good.

Bought a PH01 yesterday, Right after setup started showing "low water level" message with an almost full compartment. Fulfilled till the MAX anyway, and the problem persisted. The humidity did not raise a single percent by using this unit, actually it was 37% when turned on and 35% after 8 hours of use. Getting back to Best Buy for a full refund. I don't even want to try a second unit after all I read by searching in the net and realizing this is very likely a design flaw.

On the expensive side and really big but it does work very very well!

Make sure you look at the dimensions before buying. It's big. I own a Dyson vacuum cleaner and a small fan. Wanted to buy a humidifier/purifier combo because I have too many devices in my room. I unboxed the purifier but couldn't lock one of the filters in place because of a manufacturer defect. Super easy return at my local Best Buy. 4 stars for the easy return.

We love the new fan. A little pricy but have noticed a difference in both room temp and air quality. We got the fan after getting a dog and really feel the difference. Very stylish and quiet, especially in night mode.

Refilled huge humidifier after first 24 hours; 4 weeks later and still no refill. That’s how dry my en-suite was. Keep running 24/7 and keep door closed and is my oasis in the desert climate. Feel 100% better. And fan keeps bedroom at perfect coolness.

Our little one has asthma, the humidifier combined with the filtering system has made a great difference! It has auto settings that work with the sensors to increase or decrease the fan speed and humidity. A must have!

This product works great, easy to use mobile application

I love Dyson products. This is another winner from Dyson. The Pure Humidifier + Cool Tower Purifier does a great job! I have it in my master bedroom and the room feels great. The air is clean and it keeps it nice and cool. I’m considering buying a second unit for the living room.

Too expensive for the product. Half the price would have been okey. Feature wise I like the monitoring of pollen count, air quality count and other features. Is operable via remote as well as mobile app

I thought I paid too much for this. Then I used it. The sensors can detect things I never knew where around. Even the smell of smoke from the neighbor's fire pit registered the particulates that leaked through the NEW WINDOWS we had installed last year. The humidifier is a nice touch. Very quiet and efficient. So far well worth the money. I like how the "fins" move instead of the entire fan housing. With the push of a button on the remote and I can reverse the direction to the back, so you don't feel any drafts in the room. I would highly recommend this to anyone needing both humidification and high filtration.

My wife and i need a humidifier and air purifier for our small apartment. I never expected that this deviceto work as well as it does . I love the remote feature from my phone app. it is very intuitive For the price we paid for the dyson PH-01 it was well worth the cost.

First the good thing : The purifier is really awesome, I can feel it. Next the important thing : The humidifier stopped working within 2 months after purchase. And dyson customer service is one of the worst. If you like to know my worst experience in detail, you can read further. Today I contacted them through chat. But my chat was forwarded to 3 different agents within 5 mins. Each one asked my name, email, phone, serial number. That was not the end, after all the struggle, one agent agreed for a UPS return for repair (which took 30 mins). But just before he was about to provide the UPS label, the chat window got disconnected. Then again from start - I provided all the details. This time the agent asked for photo proof of my purchase, machine and everything. End of 30 mins, the agent told that I need to wait for 2 days. I told him to check the chat history repeatedly, nope, they do it only on their own style. Actually, I wanted to purchase dyson directly from them, that was another worst experience for me. That is why I bought it through bestbuy, but never thought an $800 product would break within 2 months.

I was nervous buying this based on some of the reviews but I wanted it so bad because it’s a three in one and has the self cleaning feature. I had to have it. It’s only been like two weeks but I love it. I have not had a single problem with it. No smell, no weird noise, no errors - nothing. The water lasts a good amount of time. I have a vaulted ceilings living room which makes it very difficult to effectively humidify. I’ve tried several different machines over the past year. I monitor the humidity across the room and not surprisingly it shows lower than on the dyson machine but if I set dyson to 10% higher than I want it, the room gets there better than any other machine I’ve used. Watching the sensors respond to spraying cologne or something else is really cool.

Pretty great purifier and humidifier in one. I use distilled water in it everyday and have no issues other than an occasional whistling sound when no water is used. No idea where the other reviews are getting the fish smell from.

Very pleased with the quality, and features this unit has. This is my first Dyson fan/ humidifier, but I'll be buying another for my daughter's room. The price is a bit much, but with all the features and ease of use I'm on with it.
