I purchased this Dyson PH01 Pure Humidify + cool Smart Tower and it works perfectly, the remote is great and being able to work it from my phone works perfectly it is expensive but is well worth the money. I highly recommend this product.

What an amazing difference I’ve had in my house due to the Dyson purifier + cool! I can breathe better. My daughter with asthma is having less attacks! I absolutely LOVE this product!!!!

Best thing about this humidifier is not having to clean mold or scaling in the tank. Did have a problem with the humidifier not sensing the water tank after only a week of use, but Dyson sent me a new unit and no problems since. Is a bit pricey, but worth the investment.

First-Best Buy's shipping and return service was excellent! The problem was with the product itself. We returned and exchanged twice within the past month -both defective. First purchase: within 2 weeks the water pump was defective so we returned & bought another. Second purchase: within a couple days it made a strange noise then gave an LED warning message. We unplugged and restarted according to the directions and it worked for a couple more days. A few days later a new warning message popped up to deep clean the HEPA filter. (We do not smoke and do not own pets; product was placed in a bedroom.) Followed directions for cleaning. Worked a couple more days then got the icon telling us to contact Dyson for service (triangle with exclamation point). Called Dyson and they referred us to a local service center. Didn't want to take a chance on being stuck with another lemon so we returned it. Very disappointing after reading so many positive reviews. Searching for another brand!

I have been using the PH01 Pure Humidify + Cool 400 Sq. Ft. Smart Tower Air Purifier for about 5 days now. So far it’s been great. Setup was simple. Once unboxed, you have to fill up the tray for after, then insert the included filters, and your good to go. It has built in Bluetooth for the first initial connection to your smartphone, then you connect it to your home WiFi network to monitor the status from afar. You can be anywhere in the world, and check the air quality levels of your home. It features both auto fan and auto purify. I’ve had mine set to that, but I did turn it off, as i actually got a little too cold from the cool breeze it blows out. The remote is a plus to use it if you dont have your phone handy, and the LCD screen on it is unique. It shows you all the levels, the different modes, etc.. My only small complaint is that for an almost $700 unit, there is a weird grinding noise when it is on. I still cannot find where exactly it is coming from, but it can get annoying at night when I am trying to sleep. Other than that, I love everything about it. I would recommend this to anyone with allergies, children, etc...I have severe allergies, and a small child as well. I hope this will help me in the future.

Wonderful, we were skeptical on the price and now discounts available but it was well worth it even that night we hooked it up we didn’t wake up all stuffy in our two bedroom apartment

So good! We have 8 cats that have hair shedding all over the place. I was barely able to breathe. With the PH01 i am no longer suffocating in dander and can breathe! thanks you Dyson!

For someone who suffers from allergies year round, this has helped tremendously! We feel the air is cleaner and it works in our entire apartment. I also love that it cools at the same time!

Is a very helpful thing to have in case you live in a place with humidity issues. Purifies the air and you can definitely feel the difference.

Needed to purchase several air purifiers for work, and there were not many options to get them quickly. The only reason I have never purchased a Dyson product was the price. It is expensive, but it is a very well designed product, and it works great

Although it’s mind boggling how expensive Dyson fans are, this fan has been great. It has drastically improved the air quality in my bedroom.

I was hesitant to spend so much money on a humidifier but this one is well worth it! We need humidifiers in the winter due to dry heat and the ones I have used in the past always grew mold that was impossible to get rid of. So far so good with this one. Almost immediately after starting to use it I noticed a difference in the humidity level in the bedroom. We have a whole house humidifier but need additional humidity in the bedrooms. It can be a bit loud when on "Auto" but when on lower fan speeds at night it is just fine. I have many Dyson products and have never been let down by them.

We love this machine! This was perfect while we were recouping with covid symptoms. So glad we have this machine. It is so easy to use

I would have never known about how bad the air in my condo would get after cooking if I didn’t have this. The purifier has helped control the harmful air in my unit.

Simply amazing. This unit is wonderful to purify the air and to allow adequate moisture to be placed in the air all day long. I have allergies and this unit has helped immensely.

I really loved this product. It did give me an issue after 2 years, but they replaced it with no problem.

When shopping for a huge investment like this, make sure there's absolutely no damage to the box, out of 8 dyson's i chose the one with the least amount of damage because the rest looked like they were sat on. I was excited to get this bad boy home, i unpacked it and assembled the whole thing and filled the basin with purified water, got the app synced to my phone, I run it, it starts telling me the air quality stats and I kid you not 30 seconds later i hear a scrapping sound, unit shuts off and sends me an error code. The directions direct you to dyson help desk and they ask you information as if i bought it thru them but i bought it thru bestbuy. Long story short, I dumped all the water, packed it the best I could and returned it. Notified the store manager and he started the finger pointing game of the shippers........ if the shippers are sending damaged goods, best buy should be able to decline shipment of those $800 dysons that have box damage. I went to the display to maybe get a smaller one and even the display model had an error code on and not running.

Excellent Dyson product. Combines both air filter and humidifier in one. Works well and highly recommended.

First off, this is a premium machine. Great for allergy sufferers. Setting it up was nice and easy. Download the Dyson app and it walks you through. Having Alexa control the purifier is super awesome.There is some trial and error with commands but so far just calling the machine ¨Dyson¨ works best. It's really nice that the filters should last a year as they are pricey. I like that the machine monitors the air quality. It has the display on the purifier as well as in the app. Having the extra humidity in my bedroom Is beneficial also. Knowing the unit has the uv germ killing capability is wonderful especially during this time. I was super excited for the breeze function as it would be great for sleeping, however when the barrels occillate, they make a periodic groaning noise. NOT great for sleeping. I thought, this would be a great time to test out customer service. Emailing Dyson is super slow, so be patient. One reply from them per day or every other day. A different person for each reply. No helpful solutions except to send it back. After about 3 weeks they had me send back the old one and sent a replacement. Surprise, the new one has the same noise. For the price of the machine, this shouldn't happen.
