Product no longer works (less than 2 months)

I know I bought a refurbished product, but that's not the expectation for someone who spends around 500 dollars. Unfortunately I'm no longer in the US (I live in Brazil) and I don't know what I can do. Extremely disappointed.

Suddenly broke after 3 months

Quite literally - would not work. I’m so glad that the warranty was still active. I was able to go through Dyson to get a brand new refurbished Dyson, but the process took weeks. It’s a great machine, but I expect for it to work for multiple years before having an issue. 3 months of use before breaking was unacceptable. Won’t buy anything refurbished from Best Buy again. I learn my lesson time and time again.

Stopped working after 6 months. No support options

Even though refurbished, it was still several hundred dollars, and did not expect it to stop completely after 6 months. It works great while it works, but the short longevity means it cost $50/month while it worked. I have to believe there are options that work for a much better price.

Breaks after a few months and Dyson ignores emails

Saw that it was under Dyson warranty for 12 months so immediately emailed them for a replacement. Absolutely ignored, crickets, zero response despite sending two emails. Feels like they are ignoring so they can say it’s out of warranty in a few weeks. For the high price, I’m extremely disappointed in Dyson right now.
