Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I wanted to like this so badly but I truly do NOT get the hype, my Tymo automated curling wand does the same thing for much less. The Dyson air wrap attachments feel so cheap and they are not as good for thick hair—this tool also requires too much time to get ready. So if you have more than 45 minutes to do your hair in total then it’s for you. I have a job and cannot do that.

Flimsy accessories; faulty machine; clunky app

Cumbersome to get to the Dyson chat and go through product tests for any help. Eventually, they agreed that the brand new product was not working and will replace. You lose that time period for the warranty - it was about a month for UPS to ship to them and get a replacement back. Carefully consider before accepting a return.

Not for me

Dyson products are not worth the hype or cost

My hair was extraordinarily frizzy after utilising both of the products and they didn’t do what they claimed to be able to do.

I’ve exchanged the Airwrap twice because of the faulty Bluetooth. Ended up returning it because the function didnt work.
