You get what you pay for and this thing is bad to the bone. The wife hasnt even figured out all the things that can be done yet. She loves it.

Best hair dryer on the market! It dries your hair very fast, lightweight, and doesn't burn your hair! It is aesthetically pleasing and the features on it make it worth it!

Pros: light weight, excellent temperature control. Cons: not as quiet as I expected, take a bit longer to dry

This blowdryer is small and compact but packs a punch. It is quieter than a typical blow dryer and has all the same functions. Great for traveling!

is crazy fast on drying time, got it for my wife but if I'm in a rush and i can wait for my hair to get dry to style it, I just us this hair dryer and in less then 2 min my hair is dry

The price for this hair dryer is a huge barrier for people, but once you have it, you'll wonder why you didn't buy sooner. Of course Dyson products have great design and functionality and this is no different. The included accessories are a great bonus. Diffusing your hair with this blow dryer and diffuser is the fastest I have ever been able to get hair dry without having frizz! Does take a bit to get used to the handle and where to hold so you don't cover the air filter. Also works amazing for blow drying your dog after a bath! Not as scary sounding and dries much faster so your pooch and you will be happy!

This was a Christmas gift and she loves it! Dyson always has good products if you can afford to buy it you will have it for years. Highly recommend!!

Product is amazing. Definitely worth the cost. Better than any hairdryer I've seen. Would certainly recommend it even at that price point.

What an incredible investment this dryer has been. I've gone from hating to wash my very long hair to looking forward to a quiet and very gentle experience. I have A LOT of hair. What took me an hour is now 15 minutes max. I thought about buying this dryer for years. DO IT! Also, you can't go wrong with Best Buy's generous return policy.

This hairdryer works really well. The price was very good around the holidays. No issues with it all.

My hair stylist recommended this and I bought it as a gift to a loved one and have used it plenty of times already LOL. Dries hair quickly without much heat needed, My main issue is how chunky the cord is as it makes it hard to store. I wish there was a grip on the base for more secure handling.

Been through a few 'higher end' hairdryers but found this to be the best overall: -Quality - definitely well made/designed -Size - it's not bulky and lightweight; easy on the wrists. I also like that the handle is fairly long so I'm not accidentally pressing buttons while I'm drying my hair. -Speeds - three speeds! -Heat - this is a big one. There are three heat settings and it definitely gets hot enough to straighten my hair but not enough to scorch the earth. -Attachments - three useful magnetic attachments that are a breeze to take on and off. -Silicone mat - this may seem like a throwaway to some people, but it's super helpful to protect this investment if you're constantly picking up and putting down the dryer while you're doing your hair Cons - aside from the price (I mean you really have to value a good hair dryer to pay this amount), the cord has an attached bulky power block that is an awkward place and knocks around when I'm using it. Overall, I love it and hope it lasts unlike my previous Dyson vacuum cleaners (which coincidentally partially broke from vacuuming all of my hair).

Crazy to spend this much money on a blow dryer, but worth it. I use a dryer everyday and this has cut the time to dry my hair in half. It is quiet and easy to handle. Love the magnetic attachments. I use it on my dogs also.

It’s powerful and a little heavy, but works great! Dries my hair much faster than my previous dryer. It is pricey.... thankfully Best Buy had a sale, so I just had to try it..... so glad I did!

This dryer is hands down the most efficient I’ve ever used in terms of drying time. The Dyson moves enough air to dry light weight clothing, in a pinch. That said, I have trouble with the overall design of the unit. It is NOT ergonomic - it is awkward to change speed or heat settings while in use. (The speed, temperature, cool shot and power buttons are not easily accessed when drying your own hair.) When changing settings, one must cycle through each (repeatedly push a button) to reach the desired temp or speed, versus flipping a switch. The handle is shaped like a pipe. The power cord, while generous in length, is cumbersome and heavy - about the diameter you’d encounter on a full sized vacuum cleaner. The weight and size of the cord alone makes this unit difficult to pack. On the plus side, this will dry hair FAST! One doesn’t get fatigued by the weight of the unit, simply because it dries hair so rapidly. The magnetic nozzles are easy to use. I love that I can dry hair on a NO HEAT setting, if desired. (I find this feature especially nice during hot summer months and in small spaces.) The number of heat and speed combinations allows for customized and controlled styling. Also, while I find the control buttons difficult to access, someone with larger hands may not - I’m a ladies glove size small/medium. Honestly, I wanted to love this unit, and kept it longer than I should have, so it can’t be returned. I advise that you will love it or not, and will know the first time you use it, if it’s going to work for you. If I’m in a hurry, I reach for this. Otherwise, it just sits in a drawer, because other dryers are more suitable to my needs.
