It truly dries my hair in less time. It is awesome that the attachments are magnetic so you can swap them out easily. My only reason for the 4 stars is the cord

My favorite hair dryer ever! Much quieter than expected and much more powerful than I anticipated. I love the cold setting which I don't have to keep on pressing the button once set.

I was a skeptical that one hair dryer could make a big difference over any other, but this product has proved me wrong. I am blown away. It takes a little getting used to because it does NOT get as hot as the other dryers. It has sensors that change the heat to optimize it for your level of wetness and it turns out that Dyson doesn't think we need all the heat that we think we need - and they're right! When I use this dryer with NO attachments, it takes the same dry time (maybe a little less) as other dryers but with less heat, and either the less heat or something about how it blows makes me look like I got a professional blowout after a cut. My hair lays much more smooth. Is it worth $400? Maybe. I do think it will last a long time. It is nice not to be all sweaty after I dry my hair!

This hair dryer is pricey but oh so good. I think it is worth every penny. Easy to hold and use. Very sturdy and dries hair soo fast. I would recommend to anyone with any kind of hair.

So hair blow dryer is so easy and cute to use. We’ve been needing a new one and I’ve been so excited to finally get this one. It’s so fast and doesn’t feel like my hair is burning off. Totally recommend.

Love the blow dryer and all the accessories that came with it. A little disappointed in the case. It’s not as sturdy as the Dyson wand case.

I bought this hair dryer for my wife. Now, I've always thought that she had beautiful hair, but after seeing the results produced by this marvelous invention, I feel confident declaring that her hair BD (before Dyson) actually looked like a rat's nest. And I've never even seen an actual rat's nest! (Or is it rats' nest?) Anyway, this thing is expensive but totally worth it. After seeing the incredible results, my Father-in-Law bought one for his wife (who happens to be my Mother-in-Law) and since she's so happy with it, they're no longer encouraging their daughter to leave me. Probably the best thing for drying your hair and not leaving it in a crisp. The cooling feature is great if you use max heat. The sound it gives off is not deafening, so it won’t bother you or those around you.

This is defiately not as hard on my hair as my old std hair dryer. The different heads are nice to use, It is easy to adjust the temperature of the air.

Only reason I didn’t give it a 5 star is because it only saved me 15 mins for a blow out. Other than that it’s not a loud as a regular blow dryer, it’s super powerful, and I love how you can purchase a holder that will hold all of the attachments.

My girlfriend loved this hair dryer. She loves how her hair looks and its great quality and how fast she dries her hair with out damaging her hair.

I love Dyson products, vacuum, purifier, flat iron, and hair dryer. This dryer feels great in my hand,is beautiful, and drys my hair so much faster than common dryers. Very happy with this purchase.

even tho it's on a pricey end of a model of a regular hair drying. it does get the hair dry super quick and efficient!!! another benefit of this was that it's super quiet and it's about 3 times less noise then the standard hair dryer

It’s expensive but worth it. I bought this for my wife and she loves it. It dry’s her hair quickly and didn’t burn your hair. Her hair and my daughters always look like they just got done at the salon.

This hair dryer is the BEST ever. My wife has long thick hair and this Dyson dryer dries it in no time at all. She has been through quite a few in our time together and so far this seems to be the one!

I have heard great things about this blow dryer and been hesitating to purchase it. i finally did it thinking if it doesnt satisfying my needs i can just return it, but i love love love it! My hair feels healthier and very satisfied.

This item works really good. My daughters hair dries faster compared to my previous hair dryer. The reason why I returned this item is because there was an attachment that it didn’t even work for my daughters straight silky hair. The price is not cheap for just the hair dryer so I decided to return it and buy another brand of hair dryer.

Very quiet with a large amount of power. Unit has a nine foot cord also.
